This is a nice two bedroom condo on the golf course. It is comfortable and perfectly quiet. It could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and some bathroom updates, but at the price point, it is a great deal.
Perfect communication from the host. Everything that needed to be communicated and nothing else.

We had a lovely time at Fairway Dream. The home was comfortable and well equipped. We loved being immersed in nature and waking to the beautiful peaceful sunrises. The location is wonderful as it is tucked away and also very close to the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the home was clean and well stocked. Our host, Karen was very accommodating and available for any questions. We would love to stay here again.

This location, location, location was refreshed since our 2019 visit, but still needs a few changes. The doors and windows are original (30yo) and especially the sliders which now require three men and a boy to slide. The electrical switches in both bathrooms were miss-wired with one switch on one way the other on the other way. The owner bath door would not latch and might be awkward if children were present. The condo is great and the pool was beautiful. The access code worked but the bathrooms were also on keypads and those codes were not provided. The kitchen had most everything and the addition of a grill was welcome. A hose would make the outside faucet more conducive to rinsing off sand and such. The place was pretty and again, the location is prime.

The condo was just a described. Clean, comfortable and convenient to all Ponte Vedra has to offer. The manager was very responsive and left a much appreciated welcome gift. We felt comfortable walking early in the day in the gated community and enjoyed the convenient beach access. We had a great time at Fairway Dream and plan to stay again in the future.

The location and surroundings were ideal! Walk to the beach was easy and pleasant. Home was nicely decorated and clean ( although a fresh coat of paint in a few rooms would be helpful). This property was wonderful! The owner even left me a charcuterie plate from Publix! I stayed a week and it was perfect. Will definitely stay here again when I come down to visit relatives!

We stayed in Karen’s cute townhouse so my husband could play TPC Sawgrass for his birthday. We were warmly welcome with a cheese platter abs bottle of wine left in the townhouse for us which was such a nice touch! The house is a bit worn and could definitely use some updating but it’s clean, comfortable and perfectly located for TPC golfers. The small community pool is literally a 1-2min walk away and great to sunbath and cool off on hot days. We brought our dog and it was great for her to have lots of grass and a safe neighbourhood for the kids to take her on walks. All in all if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient Homebase while you play golf or explore the area; this cute townhouse is a good find!

Perfect for brief golf sojourn at TPC
We stayed in Karen’s cute townhouse so my husband could play TPC Sawgrass for his birthday. We were warmly welcome with a cheese platter abs bottle of wine left in the townhouse for us which was such a nice touch! The house is a bit worn and could definitely use some updating but it’s clean, comfortable and perfectly located for TPC golfers. The small community pool is literally a 1-2min walk away and great to sunbath and cool off on hot days. We brought our dog and it was great for her to have lots of grass and a safe neighbourhood for the kids to take her on walks. All in all if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient Homebase while you play golf or explore the area; this cute townhouse is a good find!

The beds are super comfortable, which for me, post surgery, would have been very important to the overall satisfaction of my stay there and my comfort while recovering. I was so pleasantly surprised to be so very comfortable. Karen, the property manager, was super responsive, easy to work with and very accommodating. I hope to stay again when back for a subsequent visit.
