Had everything we needed as a group of 6 adults. The location could not be better - gorgeous views, right in the beach. The patio was great for relaxing early morning or in the evenings!!! Owner was accessible and helpful!!

The location of this condo couldn’t have been better! Sapphire Beach is steps away and is AMAZING! Not crowded, great snorkeling, beautiful view, free chairs and beach attendant to help with anything, food and drinks just a short walk down the beach, Red Hook is close for groceries/shopping/restaurants. Host is SO helpful - communicated the entire time, answered any questions. Condo was clean & comfortable for the 5 of us (beds were great), master bedroom has unbelievable view, beach towels and gear were provided, patio is SO NICE!! I would recommend bringing socks or slippers if you have sensitive feet. Tile floor throughout condo is hard and cold! The walk from the parking lot could be shorter when you’re carrying a lot (my 75 year old Mom didn’t like it), but wouldn’t keep me from coming back! Everything else was great!!! Truly paradise!!

We had 12 family members , 4 grandkids and 8 adults stay at 2 condos in Crystal Cove. Julie was an amazing manager and answered all our questions before and during our stay. We loved being in the 3 bedroom next to the beach. The other 4 adults and one 5 year old stayed at the other 2 bedroom condo that Julie also managed. She even put a single mattress on the floor for my 5 year old grandson. There were sand toys and spices for cooking. We loved having a washer and dryer. My kids liked going to the coffee bar at Sapphire beach and eating there in the afternoons. This is a great setup for kids being close to the beach. We’ll be back in the future and will definitely stay in Crystal Cove! Thanks Julie!

Unit is the best location within a large condo complex. Great ocean views and beach is a short walk from the front door. Nothing fancy about the unit but very functional and clean. Very nice host who met us in the parking lot and showed us the unit. I would definitely stay there again.

Host was very responsive and made sure our stay was flawless. Property is beautiful, roomy, and one of the best properties we ever stayed at. Clean and the private patio is fantastic. Walk across the lawn right onto Saphire Beach. House was very well stocked. Close to Red Hook. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This property has the best location -literally steps to the beach and the pictures on the internet are exactly how the property looks. The whole rental process was flawless and the condo was spotless (very important to me). Julie is wonderful to work with- rent this condo- you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed from 12/11-12/18/21 to celebrate Christmas with family members. My husband and I were also celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. The condo was spacious and the hosts were fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We will remember our trip “Forever and Always”. Julie is amazing! I read all of the reviews while planning a vacation for 7 and every positive comment was a part of my family’s experience as well. Julie is a wonderful host. Her place is immaculate and it will forever be a memory for us of the best spot on the beach in St. Thomas. We will always be thankful we were actually able to come at such a difficult time. Julie worked with us along the way and everything worked out perfectly! The house is stocked with the best of everything! Yes, it is 20 steps to the sand and one of the most beautiful beaches we visited. We wanted to explore St. Thomas and St. John but it was a hard decision to leave our safe, beautiful, and perfect accommodations, even for a few hours each day. We enjoyed everything and everywhere we went-but Crystal Cove Al/A2 with the most beautiful patio and beach was the perfect place for us!

My family of 5 stayed in the property end of July when there was a bad few weeks of sargassum washing into the cove. I know that the sargassum was not the fault of the management. HOWEVER they should have let us know that the sargassum collection/clean up for the entire cove was located right in front of the condo with an enormous orange construction dumpster directly in front of this unit and its beautiful view and patio! Beware - if there is sargassum at all going on during your vacay dates - you will have NO view, a bobcat constantly beeping and a terrible smell making the patio unusable. You will be affected greatly. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry when we walked up and saw the enormous orange dumpster in front of the door after traveling with kids for 10 hours. Luckily we were heading over to STJ and this was a short stay. IF it were my final destination, I would have been devastated....I don't mean to bash the unit because everything inside was as depicted in the photos. Bathrooms are in need of updating but I understand this is a difficult project on island. Just very disappointing that we were not given any warning of the situation nor offered any compensation at all. My perception is that they were keeping the area nice and beautiful for the other condo complex (Sapphire Beach Resort) and didn't care at all about the residents of Crystal Cove. For the positives - A/C worked great, location was good, washer/dryer was nice to have and lots of towels. Thanks for reading this far!

Clean, spacious, nice beds and linens including beach towels, well equipped kitchen with new appliances, etc. So many previous reviews mentioned the patio and now we understand why - it is so nice to have that private, breezy, shady space right off the beach. Condo is also close to beach bar with some food, coffee shop and marina. The beach is beautiful and clean with good snorkeling. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. We would definitely want to come back to this condo again!

One minor frustration as adult women over 60 was the main patio door was rather hard to open and usually required both hands. That was sometimes frustrating when attempting to carry anything other than oneself and a towel outside. On a positive note we all left with stronger arms 😉 and a desire to come back again ASAP.

Place was nice. Pros: Close to beach Con: Far walk to everything else. Keep in mind if you have elderly guests in your party.

Wonderful hosts! Helpful with so many details in regards to restaurants, island travel, and ferry. Location is minutes from grocery, restaurants, shopping and ferry to/from St. John. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was better than expected. Steps from crystal blue water with great snorkeling. The unit was clean, roomy and ready for our arrival. With two teenage boys it was nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. Plenty of towels, which is a bigger deal than you expect until you snorkel three times in one day. Having a washer and dryer was a big bonus. The manager was on sight and luckily we didn’t need any help but she answered a lot of questions that took off the pressure of learning by mistake about local dos and donts. Can’t say enough good things about the unit or Julie. And of course St Thomas and St Johns were phenomenal.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! The property was clean and exactly as depicted in the photos and description of the unit. The large private patio provided a great place to relax in the mornings and early evening. Once the sun goes down though, the mosquitoes come out so bug spray is necessary as is the case all over the island. Our 3 grandchildren, who are 4, 3 and almost 2 , enjoyed the sand toys and tubes that were available to use. There was also a tree swing steps away from the patio which the kids loved. Julie was a great host and also accommodated a couple of special requests we had. This was a perfect rental for our family vacation as it fit all of our needs.

Enjoyed a stay at this property the last week of June and it was spectacular on all counts! Julie's communication was always prompt (almost immediate!) and super helpful. She met us on arrival and gave us a quick overview of the place as well as great tips for local restaurants and sites - she even hustled back with a large juice pitcher for frozen cocktails when we couldn't find the one in the unit! We were a group of 3 adult couples celebrating 50th birthdays. Each couple had access to a full bath and plenty of privacy in super spacious and comfy bedrooms yet we all really enjoyed the common areas. TWO full and well-stocked kitchens were a big bonus and the private patio overlooking the water is AMAZING! We gathered there every morning for coffee and every afternoon for happy hour. It easily sits a dozen or more and we hosted a number of group dinners where friends staying in other units came over to join us. Beautiful Sapphire Beach is literally steps from your front door and the convenience of this is fantastic. If your group has different ages or preferences in travel schedules, everyone just rolls out of bed whenever they want to join others at the beach - no stress of coordinating everyone to get in cars and shuttle somewhere off site! Same for meals and beverages - those of us who preferred to eat-in would make a little something at the house while others took the quick walk to the little beach bar right on site - where food was really surprisingly great! Sapphire Beach also has plenty of white sandy areas for swimming as well as coral reefs on either side where the snorkeling was incredible - so many beautiful fish! I believe this is the ONLY 3BR property in the area and just perfect for a group of friends or family - and the nice part of the Sapphire Beach area is that there are 3 complexes all within walking distance where many other units are available to accommodate different budgets and group sizes. Location is the East End of St. Thomas - less than a 5 min ride one way to Red Hook with stores, restaurants, and the ferry for those that prefer to do a little day-tripping and island hopping. 5-15 minutes the other way gets you to all the "famous" St. Thomas beaches - although you may never want to leave Sapphire! I did a ton of research on the front end and it definitely paid off - we are already talking about coming back with another group for my husband's 60th in a few years. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!

If you’re like us, you are probably wondering if this place is as close to the beach as it looks in the pictures. It is! There’s a short lawn, and then the beach, it really couldn’t be closer, and is right in front of some great snorkeling! The place is super comfortable, and spacious. Our family of four felt right at home. The owner was super communicative and helpful. I fully recommend this place.

This VRBO is perfectly located for a relaxing beach vacation. It is literally 20 steps to Sapphire Beach. The unit is 2 floors and has a spacious feel. Most others in the area are split into separate up or down units. It sits on the corner closest to the beach, making the attached outdoor patio completely private. The unit has been updated to a very comfortable and nice level. The unit is outfitted with stuff needed for living/beach vacation. A friend forgot their snorkel mask and there was one at the house. We cooked and grilled several nights and there were spices, plates, lighter fluid, etc. Some of this was I'm sure leftovers, but they saved us expense and time and comfort by leaving useful stuff in the unit. Sapphire Beach has great snorkeling and is not overly crowded. We snorkeled other coves and this was our favorite. It has Corel, grass, sand areas that attract different aquatic animals. The check in and out process was easy. Julie and Tiffany who manage the property were easy to contact and responsive. We had no issues. I can't say enough positive about the experience.
