The location was excellent and sunrise view was spectacular! Very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The host responded immediately, I wish everyone was as responsive as he is. The house is literally right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean.

Everything was fabulous

Overall my family had a great time at the house and the kids want to live there lol, I on the other hand like it as well and reeeeeaaallllyyy wanted to love it but there was some things that you wouldn't see until later. They have a termite infestation that I did notify them of, also my kids got to see their very first FL roach and even though yes that was discusting it was priceless to see their faces on the size lol it was not an infestation but we saw a couple. Another thing was the trash had not been taken down to be picked up so they was full and collecting all sorts of critters. And last negative I can say is the dryer didn't work. I have no idea who all the hosts was because I mainly spoke with Ronnie who was quick to respond but I also had responses from a Judy and then had a convo with the pool guy and he had no idea who they was and only knew of a Cloey. I received decent responses until I mentioned the termites and knew it was an automatic response. Other than that stuff I believe this could be an amazing beach house and would love to make this our first pick when scheduling another FL trip if I knew these issues was resolved.
