Friendly and accommodating Owners, easy access to the beach.

This was the most perfect accommodation I have ever stayed in! The location was 10/10, the rooms were spotless and the hosts were the nicest people I have ever met. They were so helpful, attentive, generous and friendly to me and my guests during our stay. I am already planning another trip to Ksamil, and will stay here again. It will be the only accommodation I recommend to anyone planning a trip!

There are no faults! This stay was perfect.

I loved our stay there! We had a really big and airy room with a big and very very comfortable bed. It also had a nice balcony where we could sit and enjoy the evening. The bathroom was also very spacious and nice. Perfect sound isolation, heard nothing from the neighbours or from the street (due to very good balcony doors), so we slept like babies :) The hotel is very close to cafes, grocery store and to the beach. It is really situated in the center of everything, but still very calm. People working there were very friendly, always nice communicating with them. We loved our stay so much that we extended it for 2 nights :)

It would be nice to have a kettle or something like that and a couple of cups.

The host was very friendly, he gave us a welcome and also a "goodbye" drink. The staff was also extremely friendly! My boyfriend and I were really pleased with the cleanliness and comfort- we felt like at home. I recommend strongly!!

A real place to rest. The location is ideal, everything is close and easily accessible around you. The staff is wonderful, especially the wonderful girl at the reception. The hosts are nice people who try to please you in every way. Clean, comfortable and equipped apartment, parking, internet, and a terrace in the yard where that you can enjoy. It is very important that they take care of the safety of the guests, so the facility is constantly secured. I recommend the place - the best in Ksamil
