Note: We require at least a 24 hour notice so that we can turn around the RV and have it ready for you. There is a standard $250 cleaning fee that will be deducted from the security deposit. Rentals going to the Gorge have an additional $250 surcharge due to historical excessive wear and tear on the motorhome. Please be mindful, our motorhome s not a party bus. Additionally, renter is responsible for making sure your parking area is fairly (within 2 degree) level* * attempting to set up motorhome on an uneven surface can cause damage. Renter is responsible for any and all damages during rental.
