Rooms were decent, clean, staff as well. For a budget price it was okay.

We were traveling 3 (2 europeans 1 indian) and at the arrival we saw the rule on a desk that stated something like "international customers will not be served" we immediatelly asked about the rule and the receptionist told us thay it's all good because we are with one indian person. + too many roaches (one fell on me while I was picking my clothes off the chair)

Big spacious clean rooms. Though the surrounding are not that great, once you enter hotel it gives a good feeling. Got complimentary water bottle. Also they upgraded to Ac room though I booked non AC room. Friendly and helpful staff. Even they got up and provided me water at 2.30AM in the morning. Appeciation to the staff for their hardwork and patience Provided kettle and tea upon request. Good budget hotel for family and solos

Location is not that great but hotel is very good. I remember a saying when I got into hotel ' dlDont judge book by it's cover' and apt applicable to this hotel.

The surrounding.

The place is in old goa. Near to Madgaon market so first time traveller's may find it a bit odd . But the place is really nice once you get inside the property. Its really nice and well maintained. Budget friendly. Spacious rooms. Good staff . Great service. Nice beds . And really close from the Railway station. So if u want to stay in Madgaon for any reason. With family or couples the place is good. You have one nandhini hotel vegetarian near the hotel. You have market for shopping g near by. You have wine shops .. you have one old municipal building near the hotel where you can get easy bike rentals.

The hotel was clean and facilities like bed and cupboards were in good condition.

Unreliable old lift. May have to use the staircase to reach the third floor. Also, charging more than MRP for drinking water bottles.

Very clean!!, location close to the train station, staff was very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our booking to an AC-room for free, large rooms, free water, we felt safe

First entry into the hotel: Friendly and well behaved staff Quick checkin Late night checkin( I reached hotel at 3am and Still checkin was provided). 24 hours Hot water Spacious rooms 24 hours food store available just 30mts away from hotel. Morning Tea is available upon request. I requested for 1 hour late check-out and reception agreed happily unlike most of the other hotels. Also provides cab and bike services at affordable rates. Room service available till 11.30am. if you are checkin late, reception waits till 30mins until he feels you are comfortable with everything in the room.

Nothing much but entry to the hotel looks old. Once you enter, you find good, clean and decent rooms. Don't get fooled by outside ambience and look.
