One of the best places to stay in Goa. The rooms are super good and clean. The rooms makes it so calming and relaxing. The rooms are also soundproof due to which outer sounds does not enter the room. The hosts are very friendly and always responsive. They have made such beautiful rooms where the mind becomes calm after seeing the vibe of the room. The restaurants are also nearby which can be easily explored. Overall a nice place to stay if someone needs peace. Totally a homely feeling. Would like to visit again. Thanks to Vikas

The property is wonderful and the breakfast is amazing. We enjoyed our stay as it was spacious, beautiful and great value for money.

Very rude security behavior at check-in and check-in delay also made the situation worse for us.We were in Goa since 7:00 am and check in was at 1:00 but when we got there we were asked to wait. So we decided to go for lunch but after lunch we waited and checked in at around 2:30 and there were no sitting arrangements, we had to stand with our luggage on the gate. This all situation can be avoided.

The facilities provide was very good and the rooms were very clean.

The pool timing could have been extended till 10 in the evening

The Villa is packed with all amenities, and in a serene location. The pool was amazing, and placed in a wonderful surrounding.

The caretaker and his careless attitude. Standing over head, while checking out and not providing proper cleaning services when asked and blankets and all. Had to get the things done from the operation staff which was not at the site, had to make 5 calls & wait for 3 hr for getting the villa cleaned. Also there's no reception for immediate help.

It is exactly the same as described with beautiful interior designing. All the rooms are very well lit and have adorable sizes. We were surprised to see the extra bedsheets and towels that were kept in the almirah. The swimming pool was another good attraction. The guard and caretaker Raja helped us in many ways, making our stay an effortless one. We managed to book rent bike as well as car over a phone call only. All daily needs are just outside the complex and easy to get. The greenery surrounding the flat is just awesome. I wish we could have spent some more time.

Common areas were filthy, a broken chair outside our room. Ladies swimming in the pool with clothing rather than bathing suits. The location is far-side of Arpora, almost in Anjuna. Breakfast was not supplied. Check in with the host was a faff. Also the price is high for Goa

Comfortable beds and living room area. Great to have the pool access.

Not very clean. The stove was very dirty and the bath drain was not cleaned. No toilet paper and bidet spray constantly leaking. No deep clean of bathroom done. Wi-Fi not working throughout the duration of the stay of 2 nights was very disappointing.
