Tamanho excelente do quarto, chuveiro muito bom, agua quente na pia, ar condicionado, um sofá e bastante lugares para apoiarmos pertences.

O colchão era bem firme, então isso me incomodou um pouco. E tambem achei o quarto escuro, não sei se era pra ser o conceito.

The hotel has an annex 400m away where we had a room. Not well mentionned on the reservation. The hotel calls itself a Maison d'Art, but the building is gloomy, ugly and old. The rooms are tiny. Charmless. Old-fashioned. Unkempt. No space for suitcases Nor storage space. No soundproofing. Shutters don't close. Breakfast is the bare minimum. Booking.com support for changing hotels: non-existent. Worst experience ever. I will no longer book through booking.com L'hôtel possède une annexe à 400m où nous avions une chambre. Les chambres sont minuscules. Sans charme. Démodées. Mal entretenues. Pas de place pour les valises. Pas d'espace de rangement. A peine la place de tourner autour du lit. Pas d'insonorisation. Les volets ne ferment pas. Le petit déjeuner est le strict minimum. Assistance de Booking.com pour le changement d'hôtel : inexistante. La pire expérience hotelière. Je ne réserverai plus par l'intermédiaire de booking.com Un prix exorbitant par rapport a la prestation. Meme les auberges de jeunesse sont un meilleur produit que cet hotel

The staff were helpful friendly. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable , the shower was large and bedside tables large enough for chargers and water bottles. The location of this hotel was perfect. I travel to Rome often and have never stayed in this area. My group could walk to all of our restaurants from the hotel.

The lift was small and slow which is a problem staying on the top floors. The rooms are clean but the public areas need an update. The carpets look worn and dirty.

Nothing, we feel scammed.

This venue indeed does NOT have parking - we drove to the address just to find out first of all the street was pedestrian only - luckily we avoided fines and other trouble and the 'parking' provided by hotel was a parking garage miles away from the hotel, which you had to pay 20 euros for a night. So we drove dangerously on this street where we should not have been just to learn we had to drive to this garage. Then we had to walk back spending near an hour of our valuable time in Rome for this mess. We got to the hotel just to hear we aren't even staying in the hotel but at a random several blocks away. So the hotel was not even in the location we had booked - we felt absolutely scammed. You book a hotel thinking that is where you stay but no, we were completely elsewhere. The rooms looked NOTHING like what we had booked and were small and outdated. The bed was one of the worst I have ever slept on, so worn and sheets were like sandpaper. The breakfast was poor, serving bare minimum. We felt unsafe sleeping at this random apartment instead of hotel as there were no lobby, no security, no nothing. Extremely dissapointed with this experience. I will be sending a complaint both to the hotel and booking.com as this was unacceptable.
