The apartment is very well decorated and cozy. We were worried that there is a small amount of reviews, but when we met Maia (the host), we realized we had nothing to be afraid of. Maia was very helpful, she showed us around and recommended great local businesses. Also, she arranged for a taxi to take us from the airport and back, at a good price. The location of the building is very close to supermarket, restaurants and ski lifts. The apartment has its own locker in a ski depot and other good facilities.

The building doesn’t offer ski in/ski out and the restaurant isn’t in the inside of it, meaning you must go out to eat.

The apartment was great cozy,clean and comfortable with new furniture and utensils . But the best thing about this apartment was its owner which i have to mention . Such a humble and helpful lady Maia . When we stayed there next day there was some water accident in new gudauri due to which there was no water in whole gudauri the government workers were working on it but no one knows when it will be solved . It was hard for me to manage with two kids without water. And could not say anything to anyone because it was no one's fault it was an accident which was not in owner's hand and whole new gudauri hotels and apartments were facing the problem .if there was any other owner they would have told us that they can't do anything as its not in their hand but Maia just like a family member realised my problem even before we say anything . She personally took me in her car as we had luggage and kids too helped us to see hotel in old gudauri it was down the hill and she said you have kids i can't leave you like this stayed there until she was satisfied that we got an apartment . Who does that now a days . We were touched by her gesture i would surely recommend people to book her apartment as when you are a tourist far from your own country if anything happens in new place with different language you don't know what to do but if you have such helpful owner you don't need to worry . I will book her apartment again for sure when ever i will come back to gudauri in future .
