Cena była bardzo atrakcyjna, pracownicy byli bardzo mili, basen był przyjemny i czysty, parking był bezpłatny

Okna były brudne, widok był bardzo słaby (najlepiej w ogóle nie odsłaniać okien)

Perfect hotel which great facilities (rooftop pool, sauna, steamroom, fitness). The kingsize bed was huge even for 2 people. Breakfast was great as well with so many options from the buffet. And staff was very helpfull with all questions. Parking available for free in a garage under the hotel. Also plenty of restaurants and stores walking distance from the hotel. And even a huge mall is 10 minutes walk if you want

Perhaps a few more seats to sun around the pool.

Good place to stay for couple daya to visit muscat. i apreciate the fact they give us late checking. nice staff good variety of breakfast.

wifi was disconnecting quite few, reactivity when requested room cleaning was slow .

Rustige, grote kamer met mooi uitzicht. Niet over de top en heeft toch alle voorzieningen.

Moesten wel onze best doen om een betere kamer te krijgen. Werden eerst in standaard kamer geplaatst terwijl we gezegd hadden een mooie kamer met goed uitzicht te willen.

Hôtel bien équipé, propre et confortable ! Salle de sport, piscine chauffée, sauna, coiffeur, location voiture… De nombreux commerces à proximité. Personnel accueillant !

Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas à débordement, mais il y’a quand une vue sympathique depuis la terrasse

Management's response to complaints was speedy and decisive - which made a big difference to our stay. We celebrated our anniversary during our stay and we were pleasantly surprised with a celebratory message and love

The check-in was disappointing when we were treated with attitude by one of the check in staff, but fortunately when it was raised with the manager Michell, he responded immediately and did everything to make us comfortable and to compensate for the unprofessional manner in which we were treated when we check-in. Just a quick note - perhaps the service on the pool deck can close a little later. It is such a great space to spend time and we noted lots of guests enjoying the evening on the pool terrace - only to be told that it closes at around 9pm.

Grote kamers, comfortabele bedden, prachtig zwembad met barretje(heerlijke plek om te vertoeven). Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Geur in de kamer( vast tapijt? Rokers?) Geen rechtstreekse buitenverluchting.

تم تلبية طلبي بكون الغرف في الطوابق العليا والغرف متجاورة. الغرف مساحتها معقولة والإطلالة مقبولة بحكم كون الفندق داخل المدينة. التكييف ممتاز. وجود مواقف كافية خارج واسفل الفندق. البهو واسع وجميل. سرعة الخدمة وإحضار الطلبات. الديكورات جميلة ومنسقة والإضاءة موزعة بشكل مرتب والتحكم بها إلكتروني. وجود مخارج عند جوانب السرير. التلفزيون حجمه مناسب وقنواته متعددة . وجود محلات و أسواق ومحل صرافة قريبة منه - يمكن الذهاب لها مشيا على الأقدام. لم اجرب المطعم ولكن آخر يوم وقبل الخروج احببنا ان نشتري قهوة من الكافية ، ولكن الموظف أرشدنا للمطعم وتم ضيافتنا بالقهوة دون مقابل ولم يقبلوا اخذ قيمتها ، وكان هذا كرم منهم. الأسرة مريحة وحجمها مناسب جدااا. وجود ستائر عاتمة للضوء وهذا مريح للنوم في النهار خصوصا ان وصولنا كان الظهر. الاقامة بشكل عام مريحة ولامانع من تكرار الاقامة .

عدم توفر ادوات الحمام الأساسية مثل فرشاة الأسنان و ادوات الحلاقة ، تطلبها يجيبوها لك مرة واحدة، بالعادة هذه الأمور اساسية وتوضع جديدة كل يوم ، هنا مع الأسف مرة واحدة فقط. التنظيف لك عليه ومرات ينسوا حتى تفريغ سلة المهملات. لاحظنا ومع الأسف الشديد ان الشنط تم تحريكها و فتحها وربما البحث فيها، ومع الأسف لم ابلغ بهذه الملاحظة إلا بعد ان خرجنا من الفندق، وارجوا من ادارة الفندق اخذ هذه الملاحظة بأهمية شديدة. لم ابلغ بوجود مواقف اسفل الفندق إلا بعد يومين وبعد امتلاء المواقف الخارجية!! المخدات نوعا ما غير مريحة. الماء الحار غير ثابت ولازم كل شوي تغير وزنية الماء مرة يصير حار و مرة بارد ودفع الماء يعتبر متوسط . لم يعجبني وجود الستارة البلاستيك بالبانيو لمنع الماء من الانتشار بالحمام كانت مزعجة اثناء السباحة وكان افضل لو تم عمل حاجز زجاجي و حجم البانيو صغير!!

We had a lovely time there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough. Many restaurants in the area, close to many shopping centers and to the Grand Mosque, 5-10 min by car, or 15-35 min on foot, if you don't mind the almost inexistent infrastructure for pedestrians. About 10 min on foot from the bus station that takes you to the airport every 30 min.

The air conditioning was extremely powerful and loud and was on all the time we weren't in the room, making the room very cold. As long as you're in the room, you can control the temperature, but it's still very loud, so we turned it off most nights.

Spacious room, very helpful staff, nice roof top pool and vallet parking with a garage and parking out front. Convenient location with great access to sprawling Muscat. Wi-Fi was amazing and breakfast was great. Room service was great and hotel is very clean. Would recommend, great value for money.

Sometimes we could hear the faucet and some mild noise from other rooms (e.g. bell and such). But it is a very minor inconvenience, hotel is great!
