The room meets the expectations, has all amenities for comfort.

The staff was not so responsive, no intercom to contact the staff, the road to hotel is very bad

The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained. The room, garden, and especially the bathroom are lovely. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

The sea view is not as shown on Booking, as there are now buildings in front and the sea is barely visible. The information should be updated. Communication can also be a little difficult as the staff speak limited English. In addition, the access road to the villas is in quite poor condition and can be difficult to navigate.

The resort is pretty nice and they have two huge dogs one Husky and one Samoyed. I pet the Husky and she was literally the nicest husky ever lol

The location is quite subpar. It's obviously on a hill and the climb up on a scooter is pretty sketchy if you're not a super experienced rider. Also, it's very far away from the East and West coast and also pretty far from the nice beaches. It would make a ton more sense to get a hotel closer to diamond beach, etc. Then you can visit spots much easier if you want to. But if you book a day trip with a company (you can book directly from the hotel) it's probably fine. We went on our own with a scooter and it was very tiring for my wife just reaching the locations.

The rooms were quite nice. Good view from the bar. Generally quiet.

The photos of the pool need updating. The pool is in a different location and there’s now a building been built in front of it obstructing the view of the volcano and the sea - this was the main reason I booked the property so it was disappointing when I arrived. The property is very isolated and up roads that aren’t really suitable for driving. Food was poor and there wasn’t clear communication about how to order this. It also took over a hour to come once ordered. Rooms were ok but not finished to a good standard or cleaned properly. The prearranged taxi driver also tried to charge me 50,000 rupiah more than the agreed amount. There also weren’t any cushions for the sun loungers so they were uncomfortable. They also spent hours cleaning the pool one of the days I was there so wasn’t very relaxing when I was there. This is not a 4 star place.
