Clean, good location, cozy and the house manager is sweet and thoughtful.

The house owner is not nice, the house wasn’t ready on the mentioned time, i had to check in at 1530 that makes me waste the day. The Gate pass got ready the next day of staying, however i have sent the required IDs on time, It results that I got stuck with my family at Gouna gate after 6 hours of driving to be able to access the vicinity gate, while the owner is not picking up the phone, at the end i had to use my contacts to access the gate, also he didn’t bother to call and apologize, he just texted me the next day that the gate passes are ready. The A/C wasn’t working at one of the two rooms.

The location is very nice. Everything else is not.

No internet. No coffee machine. Extremely cheap linen and mattress. Not even a bottle of water when checked in. Hygiene is totally below all standards. I have been using booking.com since it started, almost 20 years ago. This is by far my worse stay ever. This owner cares very much about money, and obviously nothing else.

I paid extra fees over the original rate for a fourth person who did not accommodate with us, just because the reservation was on non-refund basis. At the end I was compelled to pay the extra amount without receiving a consideration just not to lose my already paid booking. I am not recommending this place at all.
