Régie Ottoman Istanbul - Special Category

Everything. We had an excellent stay. Amazing staff. Great breakfast and location is the best. We stayed here 7 years ago and felt like coming home. Great to see familier faces and places.

Nothing

It was in a fantastic location, walkable distance for everything that we wanted to visit. The bedroom was large and the bed very comfortable and it was very quiet at night so we had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was good - we had a wonderful spiral like cake / pastry one morning with nuts in it which was delicious but not been able to find out what it was since we got home as I would love to try and make it. Staff were great and we used the gym and sauna too which were both very good I certainly recommend this hotel for a city break in Istanbul

Nothing

Location was excellent. The property had large bedrooms and good amenities.

A foul smell from the drain in bathroom when you used the hot shower. This is why I did not give the property 10 stars. It must be a drainage issue as I had 4 rooms booked and all had similar issue. However, I would still book this hotel again as overall I was pleased with my stay.

Die Lage war sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren auch sehr nett.

Die Betten waren leider sehr hart und die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren leider nicht sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
