L'absence de réponse à ma question réitérée 5 fois concernant le bruit nocturne du débit de boissons ouvert jusqu’à 4 heures du matin devant la fenêtre mal isolée de la chambre de l'appartement. La désinvolture des échanges après réservation. La rigidité de l'heure de départ : à l'heure exacte une personne vient sonner à la porte, tout était prêt côté client naturellement. L'hypocrisie des questions de cette personne dont celle concernant la gêne occasionnée par le bruit du débit de boissons nocturne face à la chambre de l'appartement loué. Le peu de lieux permettant de poser les bagages l'après-midi du départ. Le report sur le client de tâches incombant au propriétaire : informations locales L'absence de lave-linge L'essentiel pour les propriétaires semble être d'encaisser les locations en une procédure d'échanges et de services a minima, robotisés.

It is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and city places.

The apartment wasn't very clean when we arrived. Also the streets has bars/restaurants that close late and that makes it noisy to be able to sleep. Not recommended with small kids because of the night noise.

L'emplacement, très proche de tout. Appartement dans un ancien immeuble, rénové, d'un joli style.

Concierge pas précise dans certaines instructions. Croissants emballés sous-vide offerts par la Conciergerie à notre arrivée...ceux-ci étaient passés de date de plus de 2 mois... autant dire que nous ne les avons pas mangé! Nous avons pu faire le check-in avant l'heure indiquée, ce qui nous a arrangé mais la salle de bain et les sols n'étaient pas très propres... nous aurions préféré attendre un peu plus longtemps mais avoir un appartement plus propre.

Beautiful apartment Great location

The location was excellent! Very convenient and safe. I know others have mentioned the noise from the nightclub across the street but we didn't hear anything. Someone met us with the keys upon our arrival and showed us around the apartment which was wonderful. There is no TV, but that wasn't a problem at all--we actually preferred it. Perfect for our family of four (two adults and two children).

The stairs leading up to the apartment are winding and a bit narrow. It was fine for us, but could be an issue for older travelers or those with mobility issues.

The size of the apartment was fantastic. Our hosts communication was excellent very helpful. The apartment was located close to the tram which was great giving easy access to greater Bordeaux. The local area was beautiful with a variety of cafe options and historic sites. Overall a lovely place to stay for a few days.

Fantastic location and in good walking distance to all the main attractions in Bordeaux. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a lovely feel to it and a nice view of the street out the window. The check in process was easy.

The shower is one of those European ones, where it’s actually just a bath and a hand held shower hose. The apartment is up two flights of narrow stairs - fine for us, but probably not if you have any mobility issues. We also couldn’t seem the find cutlery anywhere. The apartment is across from a nightclub which can be loud - it didn’t bother us but in Summer it would be loud with the windows open.
