Muti Entebbe

A little oasis in a big city. The food was delicious. The rooms were nice and the staff were really helpful. Setting a lovely garden where you could forget the big city outside.

I liked everything.

Beautiful rooms, really beautiful! And the bathrooms too, really exceptional! It's really like a little paradise in the middle of Entebbe. A really great stop over. The food was also quite something.

The price is at the top end of what I'd consider personally, relative to similar accommodation locally, but I wouldn't say it's overpriced.

it's a cute place that I did not get the opportunity to enjoy due to the short time.

I had informed ahead of time of my arrival (7pm). When I reached I had to wait nearly an hour to access the room - there was other guests in it. They had to quickly clean the place however, it did not meet the normal standards of cleaning a room - found hair and soapy floors in the bathroom. However the worse is the fact that I had specifically mentioned that I needed to leave early morning to the airport for a check-in at 5:30 am and asked for support to get some food for 5 am but also to get a taxi. When I went to the main lobby, I found that I was effectively locked in from outside, no staff was present, I kept on banging on the door hoping to bring attention of the guards and by 5:25 am the staff came in said she apologize as her alarm didn't go through. Needless to say that it is completely unacceptable that guests are locked inside the property from outside and that I effectively could have missed my flight if she didn't not show up. Additionally, never had the time to eat that famous breakfast...
