The service from the staff, facilitys, flexibilitet and able to help woth booking issue. The room was really good!
I bought myselves a qute teddy bear in the reception. The very same that was placed on my bed. A very nice initiative.
The rooom I booked at first had no Windows and it was not expressed att Booking.com. the staff helped me to upgrade as Booking wasn't able to contact the hotell.

Nice Hotel, the view is beautiful and the location is great if you want peace and nature, which was what I wanted. The breakfast was very good! :D
The windows in my room were veeery small, and I wished there was an option to rent bikes there since is quite far from everything.

The room, the lounges were very nice. The view is of course stunning
I had arrived by train/bus and there was no easy to see way to get up the hill to the hotel. I called but the messages were only in Swedish so I couldn’t get help. When I left and needed to get back to the town the staff was not knowledgable about transport options. Fortunately another guest checking out at the same time offered me a ride
