Very lovely house. The deck over the river is the highlight. So beautiful and peaceful back there anytime of the day. The house is spacious and very clean inside. The kitchen could use some more and newer cooking supplies and a couple of areas in and out of the house needed some tlc. We did see a small alligator but he did not bother with us! We enjoyed a little kayaking on the peaceful river . So nice to have them available. We rode our bikes around the neighborhood and to breakfast at the Lollipop Bakery. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

We have stayed at this property several times now and love its location. The deck on the river just can't be beat for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. And this stay, we DID see a manatee - he came right up to the lower deck as if saying hello - and an alligator! We were thrilled, to say the least. The property managers are very quick to respond to any issues with your stay and are very friendly.

My husband and i are retired and look for peace and quiet, we loved this home, the neighborhood is pretty and the house itself was even nicer than expected, the view of this lazy river is calming. And its close to anything you need for shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we wished we could have spent more time here!

Clean and quiet with comfy bed. Huge deck where one can enjoy their morning coffee or afternoon tea while watching the lazy river go by!
