Close to beach, close to farmers market, coffee and restaurants. Lots for the kids to do. Plenty of space indoors when it was raining for the kids to play. Huge property, super clean. Hot tub was great. We will be back!

This home was booked for family to stay for our son's wedding. We were incredibly happy with the accommodations. The pictures were great but in person this home was spectacular, and our family made memories that will last a lifetime.

Great location, clean, plenty of amenities, stocked kitchen, bbq available, 1 minute walk to beach, beautiful rooftop patio with fantastic hot tub. We loved our stay!

Was very disturbed that the "pool man" entered the home unannounced during our stay when my female relative and her adult daughter were home alone at the time. It's very concerning that we were not informed about this planned service. There was a car in the garage at the time, so clearly the service man should have known or anticipated that someone was in the home. What's more disturbing is that others have complete access to the home and can enter unannounced. Especially when to check in, our access code "would not work until 3pm." Why does the pool man (and whoever else) have unlimited access? Overall, it's a nice house with a few relatively minor issues - like spare sheets stained with blood(!) and water dripping from one of the ceiling lights (?).

The home was beautifully set up and very spacious. We had family together after our wedding and was the perfect size and location. The open kitchen with island made it so we never felt crowded during meals and with 2 living rooms we were able to spread our legs throughout the day.

We need more coffee cups. Property sleeps 8 but only 4 cups. Spectacular views

The beds are very comfortable and the balconies are fun to sit outside and people and view watch. The house was incredibly spotless and had everything you needed for your stay. It even has a rooftop jacuzzi! The kitchen was gorgeous and we cooked meals there. It's across the street from the harbor and Sundays they have a farmers market there which we enjoyed! Stunning home with gorgeous finishes and hardwood floors. So much room for a large family or if kids want to bring friends. Chairs, bicycles, towels, boogie boards, shampoo in the bathrooms. It was like staying at a friends beach house. All mattresses very nice and new. The neighbors on both sides quiet and very nice. Being across from the harbor was a beautiful way to wake up. Highly recommend.

Location is perfect! Steps away from beach on one side and channel shores on the other! Dining, yacht club, activities, fishing trips. All you need is great family and smile. Beautiful, clean house with a perfect location! Must stay here!

The problem came when, on the last morning of our stay (nearly a day before we were supposed to check out), a Remax representative came to our door informing us that we were in the wrong house and needed to move immediately. After quite a bit of back-and-forth, we discovered that in fact Remax had sent us the wrong address and, while we were in the wrong house, the representative admitted it was 100% Remax's fault. They apparently had switched up some emails and had a new booking coming into the house we were currently staying in (to be clear, the one they had emailed us the lockbox code for), and requested that we move out as quickly as possible in order to resolve their double-booking. Why that was our responsibility and not Remax's, I do not know.In Remax's defense, they were subsequently able to arrange the cleaners so that we did not actually need to leave, but we spent the better part of an hour convinced that we had to be out within two hours and had begun to pack accordingly. We checked out an hour before our assigned time as a courtesy to the rental company and asked for compensation in exchange for the fact that the house we stayed in had two fewer bathrooms and was missing the spa. After multiple conversations, it became clear that Remax – particularly the manager – had no interest in actually fixing the mistake and instead focused on leveling accusations that we did not deserve further compensation because we could have called and asked about the inconsistencies, and at one point actively accused me of trying to "milk" them. In short, though the property was lovely, I'm not confident it's worth the headache
