The location is perfect and close to everything in town; shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, the port and the Avenida. The view is amazing.
It needs some updating. Terrace chairs and cushions need to be replaced. One is broken and has been for all the years we’ve come. Kitchen utensils, the knives in particular need to be replaced as they are too dull to cut anything and there are only 2 dinner knives. Not the fault of the property but true of the whole town is the terrible garbage system since getting rid of the big bins

The location, spaciousness and views.
Shower drains need to be cleaned so we don’t have to. They are slow and full of hair. No air conditioning or movable air in the living room. Air co dictionary needs to be fixed and good fans provided.

The location is the best in town. It is conveniently close to everything; shops, restaurants, bakeries, the Puerto and the Avanida.Everything is within walking distance. It's location on Cala Galiota places it on the best beach in town with spectacular views.
It never rained so we didn't need them, but the hose and the tarp on the terrace need replacing. Master shower was leaking so we caulked it. Only 2 butter knives in the drawer. Showers were clean but the drain covers need attention after each visit to pull hair and keep them from backing up.

Great location. 1 min to the sea. A big apartment with a well stocked kitchen. Easy check in.
The apartment is on the expensive side but the position and balcony are great. Was concerned about building work after reading previous reviews but they seem to have completed the main construction work so wasn’t disruptive or noisy. Would stay again.
The decor is a little dated and the rubbish procedure is laborious.
