Good service, staff was really helpful. Room was clean and had a good size.

Booking.com charged me 87 € for the night while it was only 63 € if booking directly on the reception. Couldn't tell whom to blame on this.
The noise of the main road makes it difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper.
The shower in my room didn't have a curtain thus resulting in water splashing the bathroom.

You can hear everything, literally everything, from other rooms. if there is someone or a couple talkative next to you, it is difficult to sleep!

nice little hotel with turkish charm.
next to a big street and noise, but if you close the windows, it is quiet in the room. the staff is very friendly. located in the center and you need a taxi if you only go to the outskirts of city.

hot water supply a little erratic. Not helpful when we needed to shorten our stay by one night. No refund or credit offered .

Excellent location and very convenient for exploring the area. Easy to get to from the Airport and Cankaya metro station. Staff excellent and special thanks to Umut for all his help and guidance in getting about. Thanks for an excellent stay .

The room was large and laid out well. The wifi was good as was the water pressure and hot water. The breakfast was served in their restaurant and good.
What impressed me was the professionalism of the staff in dress and demeanor. They are working hard to run a good hotel in the time of Covid. We enjoyed a piano performance by a talented musician.
It took awhile for the hot water to come.

The gentleman at the reception responded politely and accurately to all inquiries of mine, and I could feel his proud as a hotel man.

the staff were exceptional with friendly service. we enjoyed a late afternoon piano concert in the lobby in a Tuesday!
I did not have hot water for a shower probably because it was raining and the hot water is solar heated.

it was so close to the pasaport ferry station and the cankaya metro station. The airport shuttle bus service called Havas drops you in front of hotel (at cankaya station).
