A/C was broken

I did love everything about the location at Brickell. It's super walkable, lots of stores, lots of eateries, near the beach. The views are absolutely spectacular. The staff was very accommodating, and super helpful. It was also a very easy process to access the KeyBox, and very good communication with the owner. The bonus is you are right by the water when you walk out of your room. The apartments got all the comforts of home your washer dryer, stove fridge, microwave, dishes, and a really huge balcony.

The Place is very minimal as far as furniture goes. It was super lovely though, but the couch was somewhat uncomfortable. The security guard was very interesting. The parking lot was a bit cumbersome to maneuver up-and-down with tight space to go down the ramp. If you have a big car or truck. The pool should be closed later at least by 9 or 10 not at 8:00 p.m.

The location was maybe the best thing? But there was construction all around the building and it was hard to get to.

The pool was closed One of the beds was broken and sagging There weren’t enough linens for everyone The place was shabby (broken fixtures, torn blinds, cigarette butts & a dirty balcony with no chairs- blood? on the blinds) SO noisy. Someone was slamming against doors in the hallway at 5 AM for a LONG time at 5 AM The street construction noise started at 6 AM This was NOT what we expected for $$$

Parking Garage! Very difficult to drive in and the assigned parking.

The property was nice and spacious. The view was decent. The host was kind. It was in the heart of downtown Miami. I loved that we had a designated parking space. It was easy to pick up and return the keys. The host provided clear instructions. We had access to the pools and jacuzzi. 7/11 and CVS were literally right downstairs. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. This was a great space for a decent price. The white couch turned into a bed and there was also a full-size air mattress in addition to the two beds in the bedroom.

The sheets didn't look fresh and new. That was my only issue with this property. So that made me a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully I carried my own. Also, minor issues with wifi.
