Riad dar El Arsa Rooftop & jacuzzi

We got there and the two reception guys helped us with the luggages, they were really kind and help during all the stay. The room was so clean and fresh, the air conditioning was amazing, the water in the shower was very hot and had a good pressure, the room was just so good. Even more the Riad was so beautiful and typical and the best part was the terrace, so chilling and relaxing, the pool was so cool and the view from the terrace was great. The breakfast was amazing, the lady who cooked it for us was just so sweet and you have also many options (moroccan tea, coffee, milk, juice) We loved all of it! A special thanks to the guys of the reception they were so kind and to the lady of the breakfast so cute and sweet.

Staff above all! They are AMAZING! Super welcoming, supportive, kind, nice, helpful and super available. Breakfast also is very good, my friends and I enjoyed it a lot every morning: rich, freshly made and tasty.

Nothing in particular

Service!

- Medhi was really nice and always trying his best to support us or responding to our questions. - Overall the rooms were clean. - First night we have been given the room on the groundfloor which did not have any light and was more noisy than the others. Hovewer, we have been given another room for the following days.

- The jacuzzi was not working. - Breakfast was okay but it was different everyday depending on the availability. For instance, first morning we had a fresh orange juice, the day after no juice, then fresh and for the last day bottle juice. - The neighborhood can be a bit suprising at first but within 15mn you can easily get to more touristy areas. - The rooms are very noisy
