Very clean, organized, and comfy stay. Close to key west. The fee at the gate is what it is but you may as well build it into the price of the stay. For those that can use it that’s great. For those that can’t just build it into your stay.

We had a very good stay in this beautiful house, cozy, very clean and very well equipped. the reception was perfect and very accommodating.

This property was great! The checkin instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The owners/managers were very responsive. Almost every communication was replied to in a matter of minutes with a quick resolution/ answer. The owners really thought of everything with regards to our needs. All amenities and appliances were in great order. There was the additional fee for the Venture Out neighborhood but it was well worth it. Our family really enjoyed the swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts. We really enjoyed Kayaking, biking and fishing all with amenities available at this property. Unfortunately, our trip was shortened by a day because our vehicle broke down in Key Largo on our way in so we checked in a full day late. After 3 nights all of our kids were wishing we had more time. Great memories! Thank you guys! Kirk & Lora

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Heaven. The home is even nicer than the pics. Everything is very clean, updated, and high quality. The front porch was my favorite spot. We really appreciated the bikes and used them everyday to get around the resort. The location on Cudjoe key is about 30 mins to Key West. Don't miss Boondocks right up the road for outdoor dining, live music, and mini golf. VO security was always visible and made us feel safe. Thank you Rick and Laura for the super high quality rental and for the crock pot delivery! We'd love to return some day.

We stayed for 5 nights thru the week. The trip overall was nice. The property was superb. Super clean, very nice. Great beds, perfectly furnished. I do wish we had a place directly on the water, and we weren’t prepared to put the kayaks on top of our car, which was a bummer because that made them basically useless. We’re From Ohio, and we’re just not prepared to be able to take advantage of all of the amenities, mainly the boats… probably could have reached out and figured something out but never did. Beautiful place.

We wanted to do a family fishing trip to the Keys but didn’t want the crowds so we went with Cudjoe. This place will NOT disappoint! It’s absolutely everything you could possibly want! We are extremely happy with our stay! We rode the bikes & caught fish with the poles. Didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks but definitely plan on coming back next year to do so! The owners were friendly and the house itself is well stocked & clean! Already planning our 2024 return! Thank you so much!!!

This is a great place to stay and has everything you need. Just needs cabinet space for some food to keep it off the counter while staying.

Nice quiet secured gated neighborhood, the house is high enough that you can see over the tops of others and have a good view of the thunderstorms that roll in. House was as described, just bring your own coffee as there was none in the cupboards. The front door could use a little work as you have to push extremely hard to lock the front door, at times feeling like you were going to break the door before it closed far enough. The master bed is a memory foam which really didn’t work well for us. Check in was the big downfall for us on this trip. Check-in was at 3pm, we arrived at 4:40pm only to be told the property manager needed another 30 minutes for cleaning. It turns out the people that stayed in there before us were slobs which is terrible for them to clean up after so we can understand a little but check out was 11am. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place to stay, our second vacation in this community and would stay at this property again.

I was unable to attend this trip, but the group that went said the property was great. Cudjoe Key is a great fishing destination within a stones throw of Key West.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. It was very clean and welcoming. The resort itself was peaceful with everyone being really friendly. We didn’t have time to use the on-site recreation facilities as the main purpose of our short stay was to visit Key West which was an easy 30 min drive away. We enjoyed eating out at Square Grouper, Mangrove Mama’s and Boondocks. If we are ever visiting the Keys again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Thanks for the key lime pie!

The house and property were perfect. Everything was super clean. The house was decorated beautifully. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a keys vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of Kayaks, beach chairs and even fishing poles. Our friend’s son landed and released a hammerhead shark at Marvin Key. That was very exciting! The amenities at Venture Out were excellent. Pool and hot tub areas were beautiful and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the keys are filled with great things to do. There are kayaks to use but you need a way to get them to the ramp which we didn't have. That was a bummer. A couple hiccups along the way included no hot water for the first couple days, spotty wifi, and a master shower that leaks onto the bikes and kayaks. The property is nice, well equipped and very affordable for the Keys. It was hike to get the kayaks in the water, even with the carts provided.

Home is immaculate and most importantly has everything stocked and needed to stay comfortably.
