Spent spring break 2022 at the Mountains’ home. Close to beaches (and there are plenty of beach toys, chairs, coolers and towels available). Nice pool area, pool was well heated for our week stay, but we were disappointed that the spa is not actually a heated hot tub. The teens enjoyed using the bikes in the garage to get away a bit on their own and visit friends staying in the area as well. Great communication with host family, Vicky responded to our questions promptly

Great comfortable house with all the amenities that you would want. Wintered there for three years and would have gone again but was trumped by a six month renter.

The weather was the best that we have experienced in ten years. Vicky is a fantastic host. Highly recommend!!!

The property was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The layout worked well for a group of six adults. We appreciated the entertainment unit - much better equipped than many places we have rented in Rotunda!! The only complaint was that there was no hot tub.

Beautiful spacious, updated home. The whole family enjoyed the pool area day and night. Location is close to Fort Myers airport and beaches. Homeowner absolutely awesome to work with. Will definitely be booking again.

We had an amazing time catching up with family we hadn’t seen in many years. Vicky and Matt were so helpful with any questions or concerns we had during our stay at their beautiful home! We’ll be back!

Home is beautiful, clean and well taken care of. It's in a nice, safe neighborhood and we love it there. Great vacation spot!!

Our family had a great stay. It had plenty of room for 7 guests. The house was stocked with everything you could need for pool, beach, and a relaxing vacation. It was immaculately clean. We absolutely look forward to staying again! Highly recommend staying and going to stump pass beach which is right around the corner.

Open concept house with four decent bedrooms and two full baths. Good heated swimming pool/spa serviced weekly. very clean. Very accommodating hosts. Great quiet location near Rotonda walking paths. Ceramic floors throughout make for easy cleanup of children spills. Golf courses and grocery stores are 10-15 minutes away.

Vicki and Matt were nothing short of spectacular owners. We have been coming to Rotunda West for the last seven years. This was one of the best days that we've ever had. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a four bedroom house in the area!

I just returned from our 4 turned 5 day vacation. We had such a wonderful time we didn’t want to leave. The owner immediately responded to any questions I had. I cant say enough about this property, the house is really big and well stocked. Close to several beaches. We rented a pontoon, rode jet skis, golf carts, went to the tiki bar, went to Englewood beach, Boca Grande Beach, Venice beach. So much to do close by that theres no time to be bored. The pool was heated, we fished bass in the back of the house, huge alligator was a hit. The neighbor even came over and gave us a frog lure to fish bass which caught us 3 big bass. I can go on and on. Stay at this property, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Victoria for everything. We will be back soon!
