What an amazing place to stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, and I honestly can’t praise them enough. The hotel sits high above the city, with breathtaking views. The room has everything you need, but the rooftop is a real highlight. Watching the city in the desert light up at night is simply magical. The breakfasts are absolutely fantastic, and the hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from Petra, which makes visiting so much easier. With such wonderful hospitality, stunning views, and thoughtful service, I really couldn’t ask for more. A solid 10/10! I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Petra. I think this is one of those places where you get what you pay for, and there are definitely some good things about it. The room was clean and the bathroom was decent enough. The owner upgraded us to a room with a balcony, which was a nice gesture. I did think it would benefit from having a small table or chair, especially for putting bags on and sorting things out, as there wasn't really much space to unpack. One of the biggest advantages of this property is the free transport to Petra Old City and back to the hotel. This is really useful after a long day walking around Petra and also saves you the cost of getting a taxi. They can also arrange bus transport to Wadi Rum, Amman and other places at very reasonable rates, so I would definitely speak to them before booking transport online ☺️ The hotel is a little way from the main area with the restaurants. If you fancy stopping for food or having a look around town, the walk back isn't too bad, although it is roughly an hour and mostly uphill. We actually enjoyed walking through the local neighbourhood, so it wasn't a problem for us. Personally, I wasn't particularly impressed with the room, but if you're mainly here to explore Petra and just need somewhere to sleep, it does the job. Breakfast is included, and they also offer packed lunch boxes and homemade dinner by request. The breakfast was quite basic with not much choice, but it was included and gave us something to eat before heading out. We ordered a lunch box with fruit and a sandwich. Personally, I didn't think it was particularly good value, as there are plenty of shops where you can buy other options for less, and restaurant prices aren't necessarily much more. But this probably depends on what you like and what you prefer. If you're fussy with food like me, I'd probably skip the lunch box.

The owner is really nice to help us when we have some schedule change and also help us prepare takeaway breakfast and lunch box. Really nice owner, recommended a lot

The personal were very kind and always here when needed. The location is very good if you have a car at the top of the city of Wadi Musa with a wonderful view.

Very very cold on winter even with the heater on. Breakfast pretty small with not so much of chose. The WiFi was very bad.
