Breakfast was very good... lots of choices, clean and comfortable area for eating.

We couldn't figure out the tv... no instructions... we are boomers and not real tech savvy so it would have been helpful to have A cheat sheet! Front desk person couldn't help us either.

The check-in was terrible. We arrived late on 8/19, the Cc machine, card reader was not working. The night staff put us through the ringer and would not believe it was their machine even after I confirmed from my Cc company that nothing came through. They finally believed me after 4 other guests arrived, and they could not check anyone in. We arrived before 11 PM and got to our room after midnight.

The lady at breakfast was efficient and helpful.

The person, a young female, at the front desk did not want to be bothered.

Staff wasn’t that friendly

Our room was very well kept, clean, and comfortable. It was much more spacious than other hotel rooms we have been to in the past. Their pool area was clearly maintained and smelled of chlorine so we felt comfortable swimming. The breakfast options were great, and the space for lounging and eating was awesome.

made me pay 75$ after i already paid 140$ just for one night

That everything was very close. All the attractions we went to were 15-20 minutes away.
