This accommodation is in need of some investment and improvement. We had a number of issues with items broken/missing/not working. These were reported to the staff and some but not all were dealt with. Communication wasn't great. Kitchen facilities were very limited with no electrical appliances being usable due to them having French plugs but no Swiss adaptors. There were only 2 hob rings and no oven and the microwave was unusable due to the French plug/

The steps outside were treacherous and the bathroom was tired.

WARNING: This apartment is totally unsuitable for 4 people as advertised, unless you are already very intimate with each other. There is ZERO privacy, the double 'bedroom' has no doors, there is a glass wall between that space and the bunk 'room' (glorified cupboard). We had to move the two women into a separate apartment at considerable additional cost. The organisers were profoundly unhelpful and unsympathetic. There was also no wifi, despite this being 2022! There were only 3 chairs, so not possible for 4 people to eat at table together. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

While the staff at the resort were really helpful and friendly, the Booking.Com price and 'discount' actually didn't cover the actual price of the rental, so there was an additional surcharge in resort. It is disappointing that Booking.Com offer 'discounts' to attract purchases that are actually just shortfalls in payment that have to be made when on site.

The people at the agency who handed who the keys were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located within walking distance to the telecabin and several good friendly restaurants (The Auberge, la Poste and leBlanc) The apartment was super clean and airy. We went in the summer and took the telecabin to the top of the mountain where there's an excellent restaurant about 10mins away and then walked a lot on the paths down from the mountain to our apartment. There's plenty of walks around the area, so many that we didn't do them all.

The apartment is very small, literally a foot of space by the side of the bunk beds and each side of the double bed. There is no door on the main bedroom. But we managed and we were planning to and did spend much of the day out of the apartment. There are a lot of stairs up to the front door of the apartment block if you don't get a parking space.
