We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at the beach to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday. Our two grown kids, their spouses and children (9) in all were blessed to spend 4 nights in your beautiful home. We couldnt have asked for a better experience, Tom has paid close attention to whatever his guests might need. We were even greeted with birthday balloons and a beach inspired gift. Thank you so much!

Photos don’t do the place justice. It’s fantastic. Our party of seven adults and one teenager all loved this place! We were able to walk to the beach (it is down a set of steps that our two oldest family members couldn’t manage), to local coffee shops and restaurants and it was a quick drive to groceries and gift shops in town. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We loved seeing whales from the ocean view decks!

This house was absolutely perfect for our spring break getaway. The 3 floors with separate tv and sleeping areas worked great for our large group. We loved the two fireplaces and took advantage of the gas grill. The garage is well stocked with beach toys and chairs for our bonfires on the beach. Will definitely book again!

We cannot wait to go back!! This house was the absolute perfect spot for our girls weekend! The massive couch, large kitchen table with extra chairs and every appliance in the world met all of our needs!
A short walk down to the sand was so welcomed!! We walked, we ran, we enjoyed views of the rocks and cliff sides. Also the beautiful drift wood on the beach gave quintessential beach vibes.
Everything is beautifully decorated throughout thr house in beach decor! The gas fire place also helped to keep us cozy on a coastal rainy night.
We were also close to the IGA at the bottom of the hill, which was SO convenient! We drove to Newport, the outlet mall, and ate at the Otis Cafe just down the road. We also had time for a hike at Drift Wood Trail head to see the beautiful falls. 100% recommended, total round trip just over 3 miles and about 30 minutes from the house.
Last, but certainly not least, we had the most gracious host, Tom. They sent text messages, welcoming us to the area a couple days ahead of our big adventure to the coast. We were sprinkled with customer service that you don't get just anywhere these days. Thank you times 1 million from Amy and the girls!!!

We were a party of 6 (3 couples) celebrating two birthdays. The house was wonderful as all three stories have at least one "sitting area," a bedroom and a bathroom, so it was easy for folks to break off and do their own thing. Walking distance into town, food carts, the beach made it easy to acquire provisions. The house was clean and well stocked. We will very likely be returning as the setup was so perfect for us. The manager of the house was communicative and on-hand if we had needed anything at all. Great place to stay!

I wish I could live there all my life. An outstanding house and its owner! It's furnished extremely well, as well as it's very very clean. The house actually is even better than shown on pictures. Its location is even better: you can enjoy ocean's view from all its 3 terraces, old town with beach and restaurants is located within walkable distance.
It was probably the best stay my family has ever had! Tom (the host) is an extremely caring, friendly, and responsible person. It was a great pleasure communicating with him.
Overall, Tom and his house deserve 10 starts out of 5. I highly recommend Tom's house to everyone!

This place was perfect for our spring break retreat. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you could need and the three floors with separate tv areas was great for the kids to spread out. Beaches are close by. The garage is stocked with beach toys and chairs. We will definitely stay here again!

3rd stay at this house. We love this house. It is beautifully decorated, has lots of room for families or friends, beautiful views & is well equipped & is in a great location. The host, Tom, is friendly & helpful. He takes the time to check to see if we have any questions or if we need anything. Will always be our first choice for any beach trip.

We stayed here for a wonderful 4 days in Lincoln City Oregon. The house was absolutely beautiful and so inviting. i loved the beachy theme. The ocean views were so stunning and we enjoyed every bit of it on that nice big deck. We definitely will stay here again we felt right at home. Tom was so wonderful at letting us know where all the fun places to go and best places to eat were. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Spacious home, great for a group of 5. More than enough room to spread out! Very well equipped kitchen, fabulous deck views and an easy walk to the beach and local businesses and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and memorable sunsets.

Our family of ten enjoyed five nights playing games, enjoying meals, the view and sightseeing. The house is designed with common areas and private sleeping quarters. A well appointed kitchen, a library full of books and games, three levels of decks. We could not ask for more!

Comfy furnishings, nice well equipped kitchen, great location close to shopping, restaurants, the casino & did I mention the ocean view. Lovely Ocean View Home
This was our second time staying in this beautiful home. 3 stories, 3 huge decks, lovely views & well equipped. Furnishings are comfortable, kitchen had everything you need for home cooking, close to shopping, restaurants & other entertainment. Close to beach access. House was clean, beds a bit firm, but comfy. 3 bedroom, but many sitting areas & rooms for additional family members or friends if needed. Tom was a great home host, making sure we were happy & checking to see if we needed anything. Overall a great vacation and we will be back!

The view was very beautiful, I loved how they provided us with tasty coffee, the owner was very thoughtful and provided us with a lot of Bouchers on stuff to do in Lincoln, left us a welcoming gift and card. I didn’t really need much help finding things here since we do live near by and come to Lincoln often, but he reached out and made us feel comfortable.
Everything was very organized and just as listed. Only thing is that under the couch was very dirty, I noticed since I have kids and kept throwing things under. Overall great stay, will definitely have to come back. :)

The home was very large & nice but wasn't exactly as advertised because yes the beach was three blocks away but you could not access the beach. We tried every which way to get to the beach but could not get there. Extremely frustrating.

The view was very beautiful, I loved how they provided us with tasty coffee, the owner was very thoughtful and provided us with a lot of Bouchers on stuff to do in Lincoln, left us a welcoming gift and card. I didn’t really need much help finding things here since we do live near by and come to Lincoln often, but he reached out and made us feel comfortable.

The home was very large & nice but wasn't exactly as advertised because yes the beach was three blocks away but you could not access the beach. We tried every which way to get to the beach but could not get there. Extremely frustrating.

Annual Family Getaway
This house was great for our annual family getaway. The kitchen and family area was perfect for cooking, eating, playing games, hanging out and relaxing all together. The ocean views were spectacular! It was great to have 3 levels allowing our adult children, spouses and their families to have their own space to spread out. Having 4 full bathrooms was a great plus! The house is located in a great area and close to most anything you would like to visit. This is definitely a home away from home I would recommend.
