The location was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of space. Great to have Netflix on the TV! The washing and drying facilities were also very useful.

The unmanned check-in was fine but not having staff to ask when there was a problem was an issue, we couldn't work out how to turn on the stove top and tried to ask through the messaging system but responses were slow and they didn't solve the problem.

The location is good, about a 12 min walk from the central Hiroshima station. Very near a local Lawsons and bakery. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

bag storage space and space for clothes would be handy.

Location was close enough to the train station, TV had Japanese Netflix, room had enough space, had kitchen.

Netflix seemed to be shared with the other rooms so couldn't watch if another room was already watching. Had a question about check-in after checking in but no one answered the call.

the washing machine and the bathroom that is equipped for drying of cloth are great modern electronic controls for almost everything.

Bed too hard Room a bit too small for 4 persons. No dining table, just a coffee table not suitable for dining in. limited cooking utensils. No hotel parking.

It was just a few minutes away from Hiroshima Station, so it was very easy to get around :) The Room itself was gorgeous: comfortable beds, really great bathroom, there is even a TV with Netflix :) They have an account for you set up 😗 There is a nice eating corner with a fridge, a microwave and a cattle. The stay provides cups and some tea and coffee. We had enough towels and there is also Shampoo, Body Soap, Conditioner and Face Wash. The Bathroom even had a bathtub 😗 Furthermore there is ac/heater. Everything was clean and it was 10/10 a nice stay. I would definitely come back again. Not to forget: the check-in and out is on a tablet. So no Staff needed. Very easy to use and available in multiple languages
