Great property! Very nice home. This is a great place for family and friends to stay who want something nice, clean, and with lots of space.

We continue to rent from Bev because she is on it! Place is large, close to both town & outdoor fun, and very well equipped. Highly recommend this rental!

Nice property. Very uncomfortable beds in 2 queens & very bright rooms upstairs in the mornings. Excellent communication with owner. Unfortunately this place is way overpriced in our opinion, plus an additional guest fee was even more! If it sleeps 8 with the 4 bedrooms then why pay extra per person per night more! Our family to stay 7 nights, the last morning we had to get up early in order to be out by 10am, so really we only 6 days. Nearly 4k with all fees was a lot! The jets didn’t work in the master bath spa, that was a huge disappointment as well. Garbages stunk of previous tenants cigarettes, so we moved cans outside. The owner communicated well. The place had plenty of space for our family to enjoy. It was great space & quite clean.

Beautiful home, plenty of room! Beverly's home is very clean--like new-- and comfortably appointed. Excellent central location in historic Calumet, close to all our favorite Keweenaw places.

We were up for a college reunion. There were 8 of us in our group. The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again.

Home was beautiful, well furnished, and impeccably clean. Property manger was great to work with and very accommodating. House is very close to the ORV/snowmobile trails which was ideal. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

This was a great place to stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It completely met all of our needs. We were minutes away from the wedding venue, which was so convenient! Beverly was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our trip. Thank you for making our stay in the Upper Peninsula great!

Our family all gathered in Laurium/Calumet recently to celebrate my aunt’s life. My sisters and I reserved this space knowing we needed space to cook and entertain throughout the extended weekend and it was perfect. Lots of spaces for spreading out and multiple conversations at once, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. If we are back in the area we would happily stay here again.

This was a great house for a big group on our snowmobiling trip. Great location, clean, well equipped and great communication.

We had a group of nine for an annual snowmobile trip. The property is spacious, well supplied and a great location to the trails. Minutes from anything you could possibly need. Comfy beds and simply a beautiful property.

House was great, larger than the pictures. Everything in the was was first class. Lots of sitting areas and a huge kitchen. Very easy access to the trails on the east side of Calumet. Enough room to park 2 trailers side by side and 2 trucks in the drive way. Bev even let use the garage to do some repairs one night.

This home was again on point for us! Originally stayed two years ago, and came back for another Mount Bohemia snowboarding trip with the guys. House had everything we needed, including a nice entrance to take off all of our gear. Love the open floor plan of the house, and how all the rooms are set up stairs. Would recommend to anyone for any occasion!

Great stay in a lovely home. Exactly as shown in pictures. Wonderful yard for kids to run around. Giant pantry to store food, we grilled twice on the awesome deck.

Perfect location for a perfect vacation in the UP! This beautiful home is spacious and wonderful, well taken care of, and perfect for large families!

The home is immaculate and easy to find. Plenty of living space along with many bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room and garage. This has to be one of the nicest, if not the nicest home in the area.

Overall the rental process & home could not be better.
