Exceptionally clean, quirky and kitted out with everything you could possibly need after long days up in the Fells, within a stones throw from the centre of Keswick. Parking was surprisingly effortless (and free!), as was check in / check out. This is a real gem and will be the first place we'll be looking for upon our return to Keswick. Very clean on arrival and comfy bed(s)and no restrictions on going from and back to property during visit and close to Keswick town centre and parks and Derwent Water.You can contact owners with any questions if needed.Also warm and comfortable with heating coming on automatically and was perfect temperature for me as did not get cold or too hot though there is a portable small heater if you need one.Selection of books in cabinet under tv as well and comfy sofa when watching the tv. Heated in bathroom as well.

Maybe a bit too much rain?😂Maybe a little table next to sofa or bedside table.

Brilliant little annexe with functioning kitchen, and bathroom. Set a 5 minute stroll from the town centre. Very quite and relaxing night sleep being set so far back from the traffic. Really looking forward to going back! Thanks again. Andrew.

Ground floor space is small, but to be expected for annexed building comprising on stairs. Not a complaint more of am observation as the loft/bedroom area was very comfy with ample room to relax after a long walk.

Perfect location for our stay. A great alternative to hotel accommodation. The apartment was spotlessly clean and adequate for our needs as we ate out. The hosts were very helpful prior to our arrival providing a map and exact instructions to gain access to the property. Weather could've been better but it is Keswick!

It was cosy and had everything we needed for a short stay ,2 adults 2 Spaniels .Justin was very nice even offered us more towels to dry our dogs 🐕 😊,raining but we always come prepared 🙂the heating came on in morning and thro out the day which was nice as the weather was against us. Absolutely cracking location, so close to Fitz Park and the town and Lake ,can not fault this accommodation.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend 👍

Location was ideal. Near the town and close to the start point for the walks. It was clean and warm. We would certainly consider booking this property again.

A couple of times car parking near to the property was difficult to find.
