great location to enjoy a calm and relaxing environment, at half distance from Utrecht and Amsterdam (which is only 30 to 40min away so you can visit easily). the house is comfortable and well organized for a family. you can also benefit from the beach club restaurant nearby where we had a very nice evening drink. House was very clean and all set-up for us when we arrived. Yolanda was very nice and perfect to host us upon arrival and at departure !

nothing that we didn’t like. for people staying over several days, it would be great to have slightly more things for day to day care such as laundry powder and bleach.

We cooked our own meals. The place is quiet and peaceful

The dark coloured sheets and towels. The microwave/oven difficulit to use. I also expected four proper bedrooms but upstairs its one room divided.

Boats to rent near by. Supermarket in near town. Big house with good kitchen. Feels like home with all you need. Central location in Holland to do a star trip around.

Yolanda was really nice and the house was so pleasant! We and the girls loved it very much, and Yolanda was very nice and very helpful!

Nice location, you can rent boat for a small trip over lake, more or less close to Amsterdam. Cheerful owner and nice spacious appartments with own yard

Might be noisy from party only over weekends coming from restaurant

Location

Small house, the stairs are dangerous, one shower. The real irritating thing is that although we were charged a big amount for cleaning, but the host forced us to clean the house. It’s my first time to see such a rude manner. Definitely, I will not repeat my stay and don’t recommend it for anyone.

Location, neighborhood, garden

Location is great next to beautiful lake, spacious downstairs accommodation with well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area. Quiet surroundings (October). A nice place to socialise with family.

Position of property is in the corner of the boatyard. Car is parked 100 yards away in boatyard car park. Arriving in the dark it was impossible to find. No lights or signage for property. Upstairs accommodation needed some attention, very dusty, with cobwebs and dead insects above bed. Cracked floor tiles in bathroom. There is no lake view, just a view of the garden and marina. Disappointing that an extra wardrobe was placed in front of one of the bedroom windows. This obstructed what would be the best view and made the room feel cramped. With shutter and curtain permanently shut, the room was unnecessarily darker than it should be. No desk or dressing table for vanity items. Curtain hung so it did not pull back. Downstairs bed linen had a hole, toilet door did not shut, outside bins were filthy. Toilet paper was limited on arrival - although hostess pointed out on departure this was not included.
