The location in relation to boat stops was first class. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The gym was spacious and well equipped.
The breakfast buffet was appealing but the supplies of fresh milk, eggs, and coffee were lacking.

Cleanliness and aroma of the scent all around the hotel.

Few minor niggles. ie unable to operate coffee machine on room. It leaked out water from somewhere.
Breakfast on one morning of our stay was quit busy resulting in some food items being unavailable and quite difficult to find a table.

Location
Front lobby had a complimentary water station but never had water filled up!
Also I’m a minor member but I couldn’t get points because I booked by a third party’ ridiculous

Modern building and decent location
Ants in the room, staff were clueless and not really very helpful. We ordered a water taxi to the train station and had to check with them 4 times that it was booked as no one gave us any confidence that it was done. It was over 20 mins late and we nearly missed our train! Room was also full of mozzies and my husband was bitten to death!

"Die Lage war perfekt, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück war auch super. Außerdem war das Hotel sehr gepflegt und sauber (und ich war berufsbedingt schon in sehr vielen Hotels ;) ..."
