Dachgeschoss bedeutet alles in diesem Komplex! Der Aufzug bringt Sie von Ihrer geschlossenen Tiefgarage zu Ihrer luxuriösen Eigentumswohnung in der obersten Etage. Sie haben nicht nur den besten Meerblick in Surfsong, sondern auch Gewölbedecken und eine Terrasse unter freiem Himmel, die nur Top-Geräten zur Verfügung steht. Beim Kauf im Jahr 2019 wurde das Gerät komplett mit neuen Böden, Arbeitsplatten, Möbeln, Geräten umgebaut ... alles ist brandneu. Das Haus verfügt über Highspeed-WLAN, neue Flachbildfernseher in jedem Zimmer usw. In der Tiefgarage stehen Ihnen 2 Garagenplätze zur Verfügung. In den Garagenschränken haben Sie Boogie Boards, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme usw. Surfsong ist mit Abstand die schönste Anlage am Solana Beach Oceanfront Bluff. Gelegen zwischen einem öffentlichen Strandzugang im Süden und dem Zugang zum Fletcher Cove Beach im Norden, haben Sie einen hervorragenden Zugang zu weiten, offenen Sandstränden. Sie sind auch zu Fuß von fast allem, was Sie brauchen!

We spent a wonderful week in this fabulous condo in Solana Beach. We are experienced renters and have rented through VRBO internationally. This condo has everything you need and it is in close proximity to restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores and all the major attractions in the San Diego area. Guy was very easy to communicate with and made sure we knew that he was available any time. The view from the condo will leave you speechless! We hope to make visiting this great condo an annual tradition.

I have rented vacation properties in San Diego for a long time. Usually, I leave them wishing the reviews were more informative so I could feel more comfortable with each new place. This one is exactly as pictured and reviewed. The owner is very specific on check-in instructions, information for the condo and the area, and the parking and elevator are a big plus. He is very thorough with directions on how and what to do with electronics within and I didn't have to call about anything. When I left, I mentioned a few minor things that needed attention, none of which affected my stay, and he was quick to respond with a thank you. The building is non-smoking, the lanai is covered with a shade, when you need it, and the surroundings are heavenly. I slept like a baby with ocean sounds in my bedroom. What more could you ask for but a longer vacation? Thanks, Guy.

A relaxing and comfortable location, this condo gave us a front row seat to sunsets, moon, and surf. We spent a lot of our time in house due to a temporary mobility issue. The light and airy feeling was up lifting. Access to great beach restaurants and the beach just up the road.

Had a wonderful stay. Guy the property manager was promptly responsive to each and every question and always very helpful. The unit was spotless when we arrived.

When you read all of the glowing reviews for this condo, it’s hard to believe that a vacation rental could be that wonderful. But I can tell you, it truly is. We stayed for a week and can confirm that the condo, the views, and the location are all magnificent. We look forward to returning for another visit.

The condo has outstanding ocean views with a 5-minute walk to the beach. Lovely to hear the waves at night. Close to restaurants and shops and the Solana Beach Farmers Market on Sundays. Safe and easy underground parking and friendly neighbors.

Lovely, spacious condo with views of the ocean and west facing breathtaking sunsets. We have rented several condo's along the ocean bluffs and by far this one is the best. The property is well managed and manager very responsive. We have already booked again for next year.

This was our second stay at this property which sits right on the coast of Solana Beach. We love the top floor balcony because we can get full sun since there is no balcony above. Great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Torrey Pines is also close. We will stay here again.

Great Location and Views
Solana Beach is a great area and the ocean views from this condo are beautiful. The check in process was a breeze, bedding and furniture are comfortable, the appliances and TV newer and nice, and the prompt responsiveness of the property manager to the few issues we had were much appreciated. The few negatives were: the ceiling fans were very dirty and dusty and need a good cleaning, the owners should supply a few bare necessities in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, sugar, aluminum foil, etc., and the screen doors to the patio need replacing (they are completely rusted and fell off the track when trying to open). But we very much enjoyed our stay and would vacation here again in the future.

This is an ideal place. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The patio us the thing that puts it over the top. There are very comfortable chairs with room for at least 6 people. The view of the ocean and beach is spectacular. Sun getting a bit too much? There is an electric shade that covers the paito preserving your view while keeping you shaded.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away and the owner has a cart , chairs and boards for your use.
Another great aspect of this location is that the Cedros District is in easy walking distance with many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Honestly you could easily get by without ever getting in a car.
This place was so ideal for us we actually were planning when we could return as we were finishing our first visit.
