Beautiful apartment, easy access, and friendly management.

This modern and spacious apartment is located in a perfect 2 min walk from a beautiful Patacona beach! We had a 4 day stay during February half-term as a family of 5. Our boys loved playing football on the sandy beach, there is lots of sports equipment scattered along the promenade, lots of restaurants (paella) and cafes… but also walking distance from a supermarket. The apartment was very quiet, in a gated complex with a pool (closed in Feb) and padel courts (free to use but need own racquets). Our hosts were wonderful, very helpful with local tips on transport links etc, answering all our questions on whatsapp within minutes! There is a bus (nr 31) into the city centre and other bus links to the Aquarium/Science centre. The kitchen well-equipped, beds were comfy and wifi super fast! We had a very relaxing stay with lots of sea and sunshine 🌞. We would definitely return and recommend this apartment to our friends and family!

Anca was very kind during the entire stay, the apartment is close to the beach, underground garage. I had good facilities. we were 2 children and 2 adults. we felt good.

The property was clean and efficient..

Nice that there is parking.. but due to other asocial parkers it was Extremely difficult to sqeeze into the space. Luckily there is also outdoor parking to rear of building. The kitchen was ok but not really well equipped … pots/pans/ no water kettle or tea pot! There were no beach or pool towels. Wonderful to have a pool downstairs and 2 blocks from the beach however.

It is a beautiful apartment with a lovely pool and it’s very close to the beach. Everything is modern and Anca gave us great advice and instructions to help us with our stay.

Great location , just 3 mins walk to Patacona Beach. And well connected with Valencia downtown: Line bus 31 which gets you downtown just 2 mins away, 8, taxi stop nearby and Cabify ( Uber style) active and efficient in Valencia. Even being a July weekend ( high season) it never felt crowded as the beach is pretty wide ( and long , going down to Malvarrosa) You have multiple dining options on the beach walk and adjacent streets. We never had to wait to get a table. Very comfy , modern, well equipped and clean apartment in a nice community. Family environment in the common areas. Internet, Smart TV, AC. We didn’t miss anything. Our host Anca was very helpful before and during the stay .

Well equipped apartment. Very nice accommodation and easy access. Close to the beach and reachable by bus and cabify/uber without problem. Excellent communication with host. Close to restaurants, supermarket and has vending machines with refreshments. Kid Friendly facilities with playground

Pool Not open all seasons. Anyhow, we had luck that they opened even that it was one month earlier. There is no chairs nor shade to cover from the sun when in the pool.

Great place for a family stay. Hosts are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Very good location, close to the beach, and at the same time close enough to the city, to make exploring Valencia a pleasure. The apartment is located in a very nice apartment complex.

The flat was better than in the photos. It is very pleasant and spacy even for 6 persons. It is located near the beach and not very far from the centre. Easy access from and to the parking. It has everything you need to cook and wash for a big family.

Superb. Everything from cleanliness to hosting. Family Friendly. Can accomkdatee 6 adults. Sofa converts to a double bed. All appliances at your service. Free pool access. Hosts wait you to direct to the apartment. Elegant furniture. Free wifi. 5-minute walk to an amazing beach.

A little bit far from city centre.

Location is great , the apartment is relaxing and fully equipped with all what we needed ! And of course Anca the owner , she is nice and honest. Gracias
