spacious. the tv was a very good size, a lot of vans only have little 32inch but I’m sure this one was 50inch! it was clean and tidy, its a lovely caravan, beds already made up upon arrival, not much of a walking distance to club Tropicana as it’s pretty damn close so that was great, overall 10/10 to be fair

the only real issue I had was when I had a shower, the shower head on the rail didn’t hold up so the shower head was a tad too low, and the shower for some reason went absolutely freezing twice during a 5 minute shower, we had to keep turning the hot water dial on the boiler and the shower on and off to get it warm again, but there’s not really big problems, I’d stay there again in a heart beat.

We have stayed at this caravan before. The location is perfect as we holiday with my 81 year old father the walking distance to amenities is perfect.

The shower floor feels really unstable and is currently using masking tape to cover cracks this also caused a leak in the bedroom behind the shower.

The position of the caravan was excellent for all the shops and bars. Good club and swimming pool and amusements a 3 minute walk away.

The double bed was fine for me but my adult son who is over 6ft tall struggled in a single bed. Other than that all was good.

Caravan was lovely modern & clean. Outside table & chairs on decking. Great location near shops, takeaways, arcades & local club & bar. A few miles away from fantasy island & a short ride to Chapel Village. I would 100% stay here again. Owner was great & helpful when needed.

The caravan place was very clean and tidy

It was so central to everywhere and there was so much to do in the surrounding area. The caravan is close to everything on the camp but it is in a very quiet area and the campsite is very clean. The caravan is very well equipped and very comfortable. If I'm back in the area I'll definitely re-book.

There were only 3 forks !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The caravan was lovely & modern and very well equipped. Location of the van is ideal too, close to shops and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing that let it down was that the shower temperature was very temperamental. It kept going hot and cold.

The site was bad and everyone close early for food and people were rude

It’s a lovely modern and clean property. There was myself and my girlfriend so we had plenty of room to relax and spread out. We went shopping in spilsby before we arrived so had plenty of food for us to make meals in the property. A separate freezer and fridge so room to store loads. There is a massive tv in the lounge area which was great for watching the tennis and football. It’s helpful to have the balcony/patio area to dry off swimming clothes. It’s a quiet location which is kept tidy, mowed, litter picked and people generally have nice spaces around their caravans. We saw the security guards go around so that was reassuring. We parked the car right outside the caravan. We were able to recycle the paper and card, main bins on site were emptied daily. We took a couple of extra tea towels with us. You need to bring your own towels. Check out the location of the gate to the beach, it’s on the map of the site nearby. We walked to and from in swimming costumes. Up and over a slope to get to the prom. It’s a nice walk into Chapel st. Leonard’s central area. The beach is massive and lovely. There is some nice greenery too, good habitat for birds etc. We went swimming in the sea many times and there was plenty of room for people to spread out. There are lots of places to get food and drink in all directions. Plenty of stuff to do on site. Crazy golf, arcades, bingo. It all felt clean and safe. Really well stocked shop on site, pizza, chippy, Chinese etc. Lots of people around who were cheerful and chatty, saying good morning etc.

Unable to recycle glass and plastics on site. We took these home though so no big issue. The duvet was a bit thick/ heavy for me.

The caravan was in a perfect place near to everything. The caravan was spotless.
