This place was in an excellent location. Close to a lot of major sites within walking distance. The neighborhood was perfect for restaurants, shopping, and coffee. The host was wonderful and we hope to come again soon!

The location of this appartment is perfect to get to many of the attractions of the city. Our host was great, provided a lot of local information. Would recommend to any group of 4 or less. Would stay again

Two bedroom and two bath apartment that is well located, a short walk to Gran Via and hop on/off bus stop, 10-15 minute walks to Palacio Real or Prado Museum. Ample space for my family of four. Cozy, air-conditioned, quiet at night, with well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Host, Gorete, is excellent and with lots of helpful tips for the traveller. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Two of us shared this two-bedroom two-bath apartment for two weeks. The place is super clean and very quiet (in part due to not facing the street, which itself is quiet). It is very well equipped with all modern conveniences: Wi-Fi, washer, dryer (not commonly found in most apartments), air conditioning, and a complete kitchen (including a dishwasher). Everything works well. The apartment is up two flights of stairs, but there’s an elevator that takes you half a flight from its door.
The location couldn’t be better. Easy walk to all major museums and parks. We ate at a different restaurant every night and never had to walk more than 10 minutes. There’s a small supermarket around the corner, and also a great bakery-cafe with friendly staff where we had breakfast every morning.
Gorete and Nisbeth, her assistant, are super nice and helpful. Our two-week stay included a cleaning after one week, which we much appreciated. The place is spotless.
In short, we highly recommend the place. We would definitely want to stay there again on our next trip to Madrid.

We visited Madrid again since in our last trip did not have enough days to enjoy the city. The apartment was walking distance from the mayor important attractions and vey accessible. It was beautifully furnished and with all the commodities.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and comfy. The location is excellent. You can walk or catch a taxi or bus and there are shops nearby.

We visited Spain because our daughter was studying abroad. The location of this apartment is terrific. It was a quiet place also. We walked everywhere. I am so happy we located it on VRBO. We would definitely recommend

This is a lovely property in a great location. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the owner - she was fantastic! We stayed two nights but I wish we could have stayed longer.

Muy bien, quitando que no tiene vista al exterior y que las ventanas dan a patio interior. Cierto es que la estancia es la justa, se trata de aprovechar la visita a la ciudad.

Fantastic place to stay in Madrid
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The neighbourhood is great, with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants practically on the doorstep.
The apartment is set far back from the street so it’s very quiet. As the building entrance is on a side street near Gran Via, it’s easy to order a car on Cabify and get wherever you need to go. The apartment is very well located for public transport too.
This is a great place to stay if you want to soak up the nightlife in Madrid and then sleep soundly - the windows look into a tiny courtyard rather than out onto the street and the sun does not shine brightly into the rooms. My husband and I had our 5 month-old baby with us; if we had brought the pram (stroller) we might have had a little trouble with the stairs from the lift (elevator) to the door of the property, but we just had baby carriers (and a car seat for Cabify journeys) so this wasn’t a problem.
With the second bedroom and loo (toilet) on the other side of the living area from the main bedroom, this apartment would be great for a family with children or friends to share. We will stay here again if we can return to Madrid on a family trip with our 5 year-old son as well.
