We had a wonderful vacation at this house. Plenty of room and walking distance to the beach. Well equipped and clean. Only drawback is the parking for only 3 cars. Hope to return next year!

Great location near a few beaches!! The house was extremely comfortable, clean and neat. We went with our 3 older children. There were plenty of rooms for privacy if they needed it and a family room for all to share. Great activities at the house and certainly places to go to! Would love to hear back again!!

This house is just steps from the beach and situated on a quiet cul de sac. Very nice accommodations, plenty of space and very relaxing. Terrific restaurant just up the street that is a Dennis destination for breakfasts and lunches. Walk to the beach and enjoy the Atlantic, relax and watch the sunsets or stroll the coast. House has all amenities, high speed wireless, fireplace, outside deck, grill for barbecues, plenty of sleeping accommodations and off-street parking. We spent Memorial Day weekend there and would go back again anytime.

Great location near a few beaches!! The house was extremely comfortable, clean and neat. We went with our 3 older children. There were plenty of rooms for privacy if they needed it and a family room for all to share. Great activities at the house and certainly places to go to! Would love to hear back again!!

This was our second time at this location. We love the house with all the amenities of home. The mid-cape location makes it easy to visit all of the Cape easily.

Best Vacation in Years
Grew up in MA and now live in Midwest, spent a week here with my husband & son along with another family. This house was absolutely perfect. Lots for the kids to do with many toys games videos etc. Everything you could need from dishes, paper goods, appliances. Great decks for relaxing at night, beach right down the street. Centrally located, lots of great restaurants in the area. Owner was responsive and pleasant to work with. We will definitely rent this house again on our next trip.

Georgia's Hideaway was everything the listing described and more. The house was clean and well organized and the bedrooms were very spacious. Traveling with 2 kids is not always easy and this home provided everything we needed inside and out. Our family enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table and used it every day. we took bike rides to the beach and there was also a park nearby that was easy a quick 10 minute bike ride. We were able to BBQ and enjoy the large spacious outdoor seating area. The wee packet inn was great for breakfast. We love Georgia's Hideaway and have already selected our dates for 2015.

A great family find
Georgia's Hideaway was everything the listing described and more. The house was clean and well organized and the bedrooms were very spacious. Traveling with 2 kids is not always easy and this home provided everything we needed inside and out. Our family enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table and used it every day. we took bike rides to the beach and there was also a park nearby that was easy a quick 10 minute bike ride. For the last two summers, I've vacationed at Georgia's Hideaway with my son and his family. They have two young children and a teenager, and my son's mother-in-law also came with us.
We really liked the size of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and we really enjoyed ourselves. The large bedroom on the first floor is a big plus, and was perfect for me as I prefer not to go up and down stairs too much. The kitchen is very, very nice and well equipped. I especially enjoyed the shady back deck on hot days. The paneled room next to the deck is really great as it gave me a private place to get away. The little kids really enjoyed all of the toys that came with the house and being on a dead-end road is really nice as there is very little traffic and it is very quiet there. We all felt right at home and had a wonderful time.
We will definitely be back another time.

However, there is lot of older stuff in the house. This gives an impression, which we not always liked. Especially the kids didn't like kitchen and bathroom utilities. They just felt not comfortable with it.
Location itself is nice and a good place for exploring Cape Cod. There is a local beach in walking distance (which we used twice). However for the larger and nicer beaches you have to drive.
If weather conditions are bad Cape Cod is not the best location. We tried several things (e.g. visit of Cape Cod chips production), but everything is very busy. If you do not like boat tours, it is not much to do.
We daughter wanted to to scuba diving, but we weren't able to organize.
Overall it was a nice stay, however we will not come back.

Wonderful comfortable cottage near the ocean
It was our first time in Cape Cod and the cottage made our experience memorable. We made ourselves at home in the very spacious and accommodating cottage, it was very well equipped with all the conveniences of home. Our 3 year old granddaughter was so excited when she found the doll house located in a closet. it kept her busy.The cottage is ideally located very central to most Cape Cod attractions.Plenty of room for a family of 6 with two very spacious bedrooms. The owner was extremely helpful in making our stay as pleasant as possible. It more than exceeded our expectations. we will definitely consider returning in the near future.

We love Georgia's Hideaway!
This was our 3rd time staying at this great house! Very roomy floor plan, with so many beds and extra rooms we could never fill them all. Love the decor, the amenities, and the one block proximity to the beach. The kitchen is open and bright, with new appliances and a fun cooking island. It works well, especially with multiple cooks. Perfect for families, with a walk-out rec room in the basement (air hockey and pingpong). Location is super quiet and safe on a dead-end street, yet a quick bike ride or car trip to shops, restaurants and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We have recommended this house to our friends and they loved it as well. Last but not least, we appreciated the fast wi-fi and satellite TV. Can't wait to go back in 2014!

Outstanding!!
I have rented a place on Cape Cod nearly every summer for more than 30 years. This house was by far the nicest, cleanest, most spacious, and most comfortable of any place my family has ever stayed. In addition, the owner was very proactive in making sure that our stay was as enjoyable as it could possibly be. I have no constructive criticism to offer at all. Definitely a repeat!

Home Away From Home!
A very clean and well kept house. Had everything one would need. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Close walk to beaches, restaurants and gift shops. Peter's house definitely exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Home sweet home :)
The house was extremely clean and everything was well placed in the entire house... We had all the necessary things inside house and even the toys for kids... Peter has a really good taste of everything.. We liked ambiance and the environment created inside the house. You just walk 5 minutes and you will find a calm and pleasant beach :)
The house is closer to all the attractions around (Nauset beach etc) and it is closer to the Hyannis port. We had no issues in getting ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard..
A lovely place and i would rate it more than 5 stars :) Thank you Peter for making it a pleasant place to stay ..

Wonderful Place!
I stayed her with my mother, sister and our daughters- one a teenager, one an adult. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It is conveniently located with a quick walk to the beach. My mother has been going to the Cape for 50 years and she said this was the best place of all. Perfect location and perfect amenities.

"Georgia's Hideaway" was just adorable! It was extremely clean and had plenty of room for our two families vacationing together. It was very homey and comfortable.
