Clean, neat comfortable room rooms with all the facilities you need for a long stay.
Good central location.
Good security.
Plenty of parking.
Nothing to complain about, however it is more suited to those with a car than those on foot. There’s not much in the immediate area for food and entertainment and it’s about a half hours walk into the main streets of Nashville.
The parking can be a little tight so if you have a very big vehicle, you may find it difficult.

5 min walk to The Truth venue. 1 mile from Broadway if you wanted to catch an Uber. Felt very safe, codes to use elevators and main entrance after dark. Having a small kitchen was nice. The fridge was huge
The bed was a Murphy bed so the mattress wasnt great. They didn't clean the rooms everyday so we didnt get extra towels or washcloths and our bathroom only came with 1 washcloth. There no phones in the room to call the front desk.

keyless doors, nice kitchen in the room with full size fridge. Washer and dryer too.
The location was a bit dodgy and the desk clerk told us so. There were signs all around saying don't lreave anything in your car and make sure it's locked, etc. They tried to scare us and sell us their $21 parking which felt weird. Also, not enough pillows and when I called to request more I was told they'd look for some but none ever arived. No regular TV service so you need to bring your own Netflix etc. membership.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as we visited for one night only to attend a concert that is walking distance from the hotel. Lots of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby!
The room itself unfortunately was quite disappointing. It was very much style over substance - things were really cute and looked nice, but the room was uncomfortable. The bed seemed smaller than a queen, had a very hard mattress, and only 3 pillows were provided for two people. Additionally, the thermostat would not allow us to turn the heat higher than 67 degrees which was quite cold for our preference. Little details like this fell short compared to other hotels of this price range.
