The location is superb. Sitting on the terrace looking at the ocean and the boats coming and going is like heaven!

Location and views is amazing with very comfy beds!

Asanda was amazing. She knew that I am familiar with the place.

That I missed the fact that I had to pay a deposit. This was on me and I take accountability for that. I didn't like that fact that I was contacted after checking in for a R2000 breakage deposit. I feel this could have been communicated to me before arriving in Paternoster as I didn't budget for this amount but had to make a plan. This ofcourse was my responsibility to read through the website however the amount stipulated on the site is less that the asking amount from the office. Because I wasn't prepared to pay this amount, I had to cut off from activities planned. It was also disappointing that I could not negotiate this via mobile but had to physically go to the office and sort it out. As a regular visitor it left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Location

Cockroaches on my neck on the bed. Terrible
