Large clean apartment, well decorated, very spacious with a large balcony with sea view between apartment blocks opposite, pool and surroundings looked nice, very secure. Old town was a 20 minute walk away, marina with an array of restaurants was opposite 5-10 min walk.

Few things were missing like 2 light bulbs in lounge, bread knife, only 2 wine glasses, washing liquid for washing machine, pool/ beach towels. Underground car park was very tight for our hire car (Peugeot 3008) especially getting out so we ended up parking on the side road, luckily there were plenty of spaces. As others have commented the road noise is loud at peak times.

Getting into the complex is like a prison. A very oppressive complex. Poorly lit and lights on a timer. The underground car park is not for the faint hearted and will get your blood pressure racing! Requires a key fob to get in. The host gave us a key fob without first testing it and it was faulty. This meant that we were trapped in our apartment (but for a kind security man). Outside parking virtually impossible (but so is most of Denia). Communication with the host was purely via Whatsapp and it was not very personable. In the morning the host sent a man round with a new battery for the key fob, who could not speak a word of English. Checking out was another issue. We were told to leave the keys on the dining table, ehich would have meant that we could not get out of Fort Knox! In the end, we ended up hiding them by the electric gate. To summarise, nice apartment and a disinterested host. No kettle.

Large spacious apartment. Opposite Las Rotas beach and the wonderful marina with restaurants and bars. Also just a short walk into Denia.

Not much. No real criticisms. Close to the main road and no kettle.

Great location and lovely and spacious as we went as a couple great to have pool on-site too.

The only downside was on quite a busy road which was loud on the balcony/ in the main room! However we wanted to be in a central location so was fine for us.

Perfect location of a well equipped, well maintained apartment.

Closeness to the beach and Marina. 10 minute walk to town centre with great choice of little boutique shops and cafes/Bars. Numerous choice of restaurants/beach bars all serving good quality food. Secure garage with easy access to apartment via a lift. Secure entry for anyone traveling alone. Fabulous views of the sea. Large apartment with centrally controlled air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen and everything you needed for a restful holiday. There is a very nice pool area too.

Entry to secure car park could be a bit tricky for larger vehicles. {was ample roadside parking during our stay}. Bit of road noise early mornings, late afternoons/evenings.
