The apartment is situated in a perfect, central location. There is minimal noise disturbance, and it is extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious, with everything provided that you could possibly need. It even includes large appliances and other things that are extremely beneficial, such as washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, etc.The owners provided full contact and details with all the instructions for arriving and leaving the property, and the whole process could not have been easier. Everything was clean and ready for us on arrival.

We found that although there was toilet paper left for us, it was not enough and this ran out at the end of our stay. Additional supplies would have been helpful. A small power supply for load-shedding could also make things a little easier. Currently, only the internet works when there is load-shedding.

This apartment was amazing! Super clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool and common area was lovely and relaxing, with a very safe and friendly feel to the complex overall. Secure undercover parking and entrance to the complex. Located in a convenient neighbourhood in Plettenburg Bay, would def stay here again. Great communication with owner who helped with all of my questions!

The place is very neat and safe. I like the communication on WhatsApp when one wants to ask something. I like their kitchen as it has lots of utensils that one needs when cooking. It's a home away from home.

It was a cold weekend and there were no electric blankets on the beds and no heater. The unit was very cold, it was better outside than inside. When there's load shedding, send the schedule to the visitors and take note of the changing stages. When the stage changes send new schedule on WhatsApp.

Where well situated and close to most shops and things..

What a beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay and I loved the tranquility. The appliances was top class and the place was very clean and tidy. Need a heater as the unit gets very cold, loved the extra blankets though. Will definitely book again. Thanks Tim & Lara

Neat and clean. Exactly as pictures. Everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Towels, fleece blankets, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, high end kitchen appliances, even Tupperware! Very close to Spar and Beacon Island. A few suggestions (NOT faults) just according to my preferences, it may not be the same for everyone: 1. Provide 1 scourer - dishwasher tablets are available but sometimes you need to wash one item. But it was easy enough to go to the Kwikspar around the corner and get a pack for under R20. 2. Provide small waste baskets in the rooms for tissues etc. 3. Have a small heater available for winter - it was very cold this year! (there might have been one though and I didn't look hard enough). 4. Pillows have one hard one soft maybe so people can sleep with which one is more comfortable. Again, these are just my personal preferences. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the accommodation. I would gladly book it again if I were to return to the area. Hosts were in contact before arrival and upon departure. Also easy to contact if required. It was a lovely stay.

Safe parking, great location close to restaurants and supermarket

The place is cold in wither as the building does not allow any sun to shine in due to location and that really made our stay unpleasant as there no source of heat in the apartment, i.e heaters. The host does not respond to any messages and enquiries that you may have during your stay and that was quite frustrating and deemed as poor customer service.

The location was perfect with excellent secured underground parking. The apartment utilities were world class and the rooms were extra spacious

The information for key collection was a nightmare and we had to ask the facility tenants to assist us. I suggest the property owner should improve the mode of key collection
