A comfortable property, very roomy to accommodate all of us. Very convenient to the attractions we were interested in.

Location in Florence is ideal. Very close to Ponte Veccia and Uffizi but the apartment was not as clean as expected. Black mold in one shower. No fan or light in loft area which was hot. No knives except table knives so chopping vegetables was difficult . Lots of lids but no saute or frying pan for cooking. Freezers in fridges were frozen over. Size of apartment was good. Sofabed was very uncomfortable but other beds were good. No working elevator.

Location location location was wonderful but be aware noisy neighborhood.Apartment is huge and fit our needs for spaceCleanliness was an issue with mold and odor in bathroom showers and spotty hot water Texts to the property management were answered prompt but it took 2 days to have someone fix the issuesA missing door knob on a bathroom door was fixed by taking one off another door and towel warmers not working and unable to be fixed. We did receive extra towels and toiletries when asked because we stayed a week The topper was family members covered in bites- unsure of the source-
