This is a very nice condo, new, with all the upgrades expected in a new property. The interior was immaculate and there was also an outside grill, Alexa with unlimited music, and even a roof deck with a view of the ocean. I highly recommend this location.

Clean, lovely, 3-story condo with wonderul rooftop deck. It's outside the hustle and bustle of downtown and yet within walking and biking distance to everything.

We stay in PTown every summer and this stay was truly a highlight. The property was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. The house is beautiful and the multiple decks were lovely. The home is a quick bike ride or walk to Herring Cove and Commercial Street. We'll be back.

Hatch to access rooftop deck was broken and thus bolted shut - we weren’t informed in advance. Had to try contacting management company via email, text, and finally via phone the next day during business hours. Were told that they were trying to get someone out there. They offered a small refund, but still didn’t help our disappointment. Would have been better to be informed before our checkin and not struggle to try to figure out the broken and bolted hatch.

The property was nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. After arrival we went to the roof deck and opened the hatch, at which time a note fell out saying that it was broken and do not use. We weren’t able to shut the door, called and asked someone to please come secure the door. I asked why I was not told at the time of booking that the rooftop deck was unavailable. I would not have booked this had I been told of the rooftop restriction whereas that is why I booked this particular property. I stated this to the person whom I called and they said they would reach out to me after our trip ended. During our stay we could not use the AC in the master bedroom. It was quite warm and you could not put the AC below 70. It would automatically switch to heat. I called Delmar after we arrived home to ask about the rooftop deck and AC. They promised to reach out to me. They never did so I emailed them. They offered me a $200 credit which was not acceptable. I sent another email and asked for a response which I never received until after I contacted my credit card company. The property is very lovely but should have the advertised amenities. The rooftop deck was the deciding factor for our family to choose this property in the first place. I think it’s unacceptable to inform someone that due to a non repair they will not have access to a place that is the main photo that advertises this particular unit. I also found it a bit ridiculous that each person was provided one bath towel.

Perfectly outfitted house for a holiday away! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, but more so, the cozy living room right off the kitchen/dining room. 4 stayed in the house and 2 guests were over for dinner. All 6 of us (adults) easily fit at the dining room table and on the super, comfy couch with the gas-lit fire place for a holiday movie. : )
In terms of location, we could walk a few mins to the breakwater (jetty) and, in the other direction, to Victor's restaurant. A few more mins walking and we were in town!
We very much appreciated the Del Mar team. They texted soon after we checked in and responded to us right away. And what I found most helpful was the night before check-out they texted the basic check-out instructions / time so that I didn't have to search around in my inbox!! Sounds little, but was appreciated!!

The photos are true to the offering and was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped and location minutes from town. A nice quiet end unit space that you'd want to live in year round!

This is a spacious, beautifully decorated space with high ceilings, backyard space for small dogs and all the luxury that you could want. It is a bit of a walk from Commercial Street but the area is quiet, within delivery mileage from town and so cozy. We were here for two nights with our two small dogs and honestly, we would have been happy to never leave. Both nights we stayed in by the comfort of the fireplace and watched movies on the crystal clear TV with several streaming options. The parking is super convenient, right next to the back entrance. Absolutely recommend!

The house is wonderful. Very clean, beautiful finishings and full amenities. Check in was very easy and Del Mar hosts were wonderful and made sure everything was fine. 1 to 1.5 mike walk to the commercial area of Commerce St.

This was our second trip back to Skywalker and we had another great time. Very clean rental with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The weather was a bit up and down but we still enjoyed our stay. We were able to use the covered front porch and enjoy the fireplace while it was rainy/cold but when it cleared up we were able to enjoy star gazing and sunrise breakfast on the rooftop deck. It is about a mile walk from town center but pleasant walk. Excellent home away from home, we will return!

What a perfect place for us and our dog! Quiet and out of the crowds, yet easy and quick drive/walk to get right into the middle of it all:) The private rooftop deck was a huge plus to an already gorgeous and welcoming home. We love Ptown and now we know we'll be staying when we visit again and again.

Great Stay
This is the third year we have rented this home/condo. It is absolutely the best. Very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and great location.

Comfortable home and great location.
The home is very nice and for a group of four everyone had space to themselves. The common living area and kitchen worked out well, it’s a good size for 4 adults any more than 4 would be tight.
House is adequately stocked with necessary supplies. Nothing that wowed us but nothing missing anything either.
Beds, linens, and towels were all very nice and comfortable.
The outdoor grilling area and rooftop are both very nice.
The house is a 10 to 15 min walk to the central town area.
One area for improvement is the information for check in and check out. Both sets of instructions provided were inaccurate and caused us to contact the management company. They were very responsive and apologetic. This is my reason for a four star review.

The condo was well-equipped, clean, modern, unworn and a perfect setup for parents and grown and/or teen kids with its main level (w/ 1/2 bath), a bedroom/full bath on each of the next 2 levels and a terrific roof deck above--a great space outside as well! Check in/check out was easy and questions were answered promptly and with great helpfulness. We definitely look forward to a next visit!

Great place near Pilgrim’s Landing
The condo was really clean, well-equipped, and cozy. I came to stay with friends, and we were able to do a lot of cooking and stay warm by the fire. It’s a great location, really comfortable beds, and communication with Del Mar was easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful outdoor space and location
Had a wonderful stay with my partner and our dog. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises/sunsets and star gazing on the rooftop deck. The property was very clean, had all we needed for our stay, and the management was helpful to answer our questions as needed. A lot of stairs would not be good for young children/people with mobility concerns. Would love to stay here again!

I really enjoyed my two-week stay. The house was clean, gets great light, and is in a quiet tucked-away, but convenient location. It was perfectly situated for bike rides and swimming at the moors. Check in and check out communication was very clear.

It’s not as large as the photos suggest but 4 adults were able to vacation just fine in the space. The rooftop deck is beautiful but getting in and out is done through a “hatch” which requires some strength and balance. We did not use it as much as we thought we would. Beds are comfortable and showers are amazing. Great location for beach and nature lovers. Quiet location (no music allowed outside). The older members of our group had to Uber to/from town and cars were not always available. Enjoyed our stay and Delmar Vacations was easy to deal with.

This is a very clean, well cared for and well stocked home. Great sunroof, balcony and patio. Perfect layout for family with older kids. This is a very quiet location but walkable to town, the causeway and close to Herring Cove Beach, bike trail, sand dunes etc. We had a great stay.
