Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist herzlich, aufmerksam und reagiert sofort auf Wünsche. Auch das Frühstück war fantastisch – eine riesige Auswahl an regionalen Produkten in toller Qualität. Der Pool bietet pure Entspannung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!“

The pool was excellent and very easy to access. The staff were kind and friendly. The meal at the restaurant was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable.

It would have been great if card payments had been accepted.

I dislike the fact that they only accept cash and do not mention this on their website. I needed to make a payment that night and had to walk for 10 minutes to find an ATM. As someone in a new environment, I did not feel safe walking alone at night. Overall, they are good people, but they need to do something about not accepting card payments.

I really appreciated the kindness and flexibility of the staff. Even though I arrived around midnight and the reception wasn’t formally open, a gentleman welcomed me, opened the doors, and made sure I was comfortable. As I mentioned I was hungry, he kindly offered me an apple and even a few beers, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The team was also very helpful in arranging a taxi for my onward journey to the mountains, and everything was well organised and on time.

The check-in process felt a bit unclear compared to what I’m used to, as there was no formal check-in or document verification. The room was missing some standard amenities like shower gel and conditioner (only shampoo was provided), and the towels had some rust stains, which could be improved. Also, it wasn’t possible to pay by card, which was inconvenient.
