good location beside expressway

our first room faced the expressway and was quite noisy, we asked to moved which was accommodated and was very good.

It has a great lobby, beds were comfortable, and staff were attentive. We had mum’s 90th there and the staff were all very helpful. Only thing was the day of mum’s party there was another major event so the cafe was very crowded.

L'hôtel est très proche des 2 principaux shopping center de Klang, la visite du musée Sultan Abdul Aziz et du quartier Indien permettent de passé une très agréable journée à Klang.

La propreté des chambres très négligée, difficile de trouver une place assise pour le petit déjeuner car les tables ne sont pas débarrassées (voir photos jointes). J'ai laissé un courrier privé à l'intention du manager de l'hôtel à ce sujet, sans réponse ...

Parking - when i came to yr hotel, i ask the person. Where to go and park my car, since i hv done my booking. The person should show me to go to hotel basement parking. Instead ask me to park at waiting place to charge for valet paring . I ask him again, and another car came in and the velvet parking man should hv ask that driver to park not in front and blocking my car. I tried to manovere at the back of that car. And my new BMW, car got sandwished between that car and the huge cement foundation pillar. The velvet parking man incharge should hv direct my car and the other so i can move out safely. I and my wife was very upset and what a bad day ,since driving down from Penang for a night stopover. It should not hv happen. Now i hv to send it for painting with a cost of the velet man in charge negelience/ not doing his job with a caring attitude. This was my second visit to yr hotel.

Customer service was impeccable and beyond my expectations. Shamine, Malini and Adams were great hosts. Kuhen was exceptionally good at ensuring my safety, efficient transportation and availed himself to schedule and book an exciting tour of Kuala Lumpur to enhance my experience. I had a great time and the team made my stay memorable and meaningful.
