We wanted to a quiet getaway and this was perfect. The house was in a great location and just a short walk to the beach. Don't think about it - book it!

What a fantastic house! My husband, son, and I (and our 2 dogs) had a wonderful time here. The house is clean and comfortable, and the fenced back yard is a *huge* bonus when traveling with dogs. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with non-food supplies. The host was easy to work with and responsive. The location can't be beat - a delicious Mexican restaurant is literally across the street, several other restaurants within easy walking distance, and I was *thrilled* to be able to walk to Zaba's each morning for coffee. The beach is just over a block away - an easy and safe walk with the dogs.

Had a wonderful time, rooms do get hot if you shut the doors do recommend a fan but overall a lovely home 1 block away from the beach.

I was concerned that the Mexican restaurant across the street would be loud with cars all over the place, but it was quiet and we did not hear anything! The house was everything it said it would be.
The ceiling are vaulted and there is a sky light in the main bathroom. What a beautiful surprise! The beds we very comfortable and the pull out couch was new.
It did rain while we were there and the house had puzzles for the kids to put together and plenty of books for the adults.

We enjoyed our stay in this well-maintained, adorable beach home in a fabulous location in St. Augustine Beach. The home was very neat with a cute beach decor and well-stocked kitchen. The beach access was an easy one block walk to a beautiful wide beach. Wonderful restaurants were in walking distance of the home as well as a mini-golf course. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Super location, less than 2 blocks from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants, with a great Mexican restaurant right across the street. Clean and stocked with necessary vacay items. Great for our pups with fenced in yard. Only suggestion is to cut the grass in backyard. Would definitely stay again.

Completely enjoyed our rental! Extremely clean, great location and easy to work with the property management team. They were even to accommodate a last minute request for an extra night stay.
Being in Property management myself in the Savannah market, I definitely back a five star review on this rental and the company that handles it! I plan on renting again!

Perfect stay until a huge snake slithered into the back yard and disappeared into a hole. My dogs were no longer safe. If you want to know the location of the hole call me at 423 3946654. Earl Shipley

The house was in a great location, close to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants, including a Mexican restaurant less than 100 yards from the front door. The house was spotless! We brought our Boston Terrier and he loved the fenced-in backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ll reach out to the rental company this home was gross the dang glass back door didn’t lock at all either, we also got locked in and out the master bedroom multiple times!

The house was very clean. The area is quiet yet is close to attractions, shops, grocery stores. Plus the beach is just across the street.

Overall a nice stay. I would recommend a different TV cable service. Even basic cable would be better. Also I would recommend cutting the back yard .

My husband and I stayed here for a short few day getaway and brought our dog with! We absolutely loved the property and would definitely stay again! Close to so much on the beach and just a short drive to historic downtown. Our dog LOVED the fenced in back yard! Highly recommend!

The house was clean. We did have major issues with the temperature in the house reaching 87 2 days before maintenance came to clean out the condensation drain.
We were locked out and maintenance had to come out, didn't have a key, crawled through a unlocked window and the battery on the lock was dead. The sliding door was very hard to open, and being the only back outlet it was a real pain.
Large black ants outside the patio door and bugs coming into the house.
I would recommend checking these before the next tourist stayed.
Also a ceiling fan in the larger bedroom would be a plus.

Our stay was amazing! We were able to walk to the beach with our dog and the back yard was nice to come back to and rinse her off before coming inside.
The living area was comfortable for relaxing and there were plenty of towels for showering plus a washer and dryer where we did a load of laundry.
We would absolutely come back!

Property was really nice, a little basic for price but had everything we needed and thank you for dishwasher soap and trash bags and other miscellaneous items! Unfortunately, we did encounter a few roaches almost each day.

Great location. We were able to work from there as well as vacationing. A block from the beach. A short bike ride to local parks. It had all the amenities that we needed.

Couldn't Ask for More
The house was clean and well equipped. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard, The beach was one block away. It was dog friendly, and everyone was well behaved.
Two grocery stores and a drug store were five minutes away. A1A Beach Boulevard is loaded with great local restaurants, including the family-owned, very good Mexican restaurant right across D Street. Lovely and historic downtown St. Augustine is a 15-20 minute drive, with two routes available to accommodate traffic.
We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay and will rent this property again if we are in the area.

Very nice
We really enjoyed staying here. It was a close walk to the beach and plenty of local places to eat. We stayed here in July and enjoyed it so much we decided to stay again for Thanksgiving week. We will plan to stay again.
