Great choice in a quiet location, within walk distance from the main attractions and monuments. The host, Rosario, was lovely and went way beyond to help with anything we needed during our stay and even provided us with some recommendations for our next destination. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Our apartment had a little private terrace as well, to enjoy sunny days:-) Highly recommended!!

The room was close to everything and still in a very quiet area of the city. We felt very safe and secure the entire time we were there regardless of the time we came home.

Fatima was amazing! The apartment was also very nice. Fully equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood was great and close to the main attractions. Thank you very much for it all! Ps:the paid parking option is great, just a short walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet street, 15 min from Plaza de España and Catedral de Sevilla, and 9 min from the metro station Prado de San Sebastián. Our apartment had 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. Check-in and check-out were easy - we collected the keys from a key box at the door. Communication with the owners / property managers was easy as well - we received check-in & check-out instructions via WhatsApp.

It was cold in the apartment in January. It was hard to worm it up with air conditioners, as hot air went up and it was cold again after 15 minutes. We would recommend buying portable oil radiators at Leroy Merlin. They can keep an apartment warm for a long time and are more energy efficient than air conditioners.

Cooking and lunch accessories are not very rich. Tea towels and tablecloth missing

The owner was on hand and very helpful, even when we arrived early, and when the shower hose broke which was replaced on a Sunday - most grateful for that. The towels we're the softest and fluffiest in all of Spain. It was lovely to sit out on the private roof terrace in the evening sunshine (once the rain stopped). Great buzz in city as local football team (Real Betis) won the cup.

Parking is difficult anywhere in Seville but there are several (not so cheap) car parks around - it was football cup final day which made things worse.

Fab host, lovely spacious flat great living room and bathroom. Great location!

Bed wasn't great. Would be great if they could leave tea, coffee, and basic things for cooking like oil and salt

Friendly staff and very clean.

We loved the terrace, the decor and the location is perfect only a short walk into the city. The surrounding area is quiet enough to relax. Our hosts were on hand to help and answer any questions where they could , we really enjoyed our stay!

The only issue and it's a very small one was that the pillow was very firm, and uncomfortable it was a single pillow that fitted the whole bed longways - and unfortunately there was no other alternative, my only feedback would be to get normal pillows or at least have the option

perfect location, spotlessly clean. 5 minute walk to the cathedral/ plaza/ amazing restaurants. We were greeted on arrival and the host kept in touch to ensure we were ok. cute bar next door (not noisy) cheap and friendly. will go back!

It had a cockroach in a bedroom and by night it was noisy. I believe it was due to the fact that is the ground floor.
