Close to everything we needed and clean stay

Craig is a great Host, this is our 2nd time staying here, Great Location, walking distance to the water front, Short drive to the beach, Historic Beaufort is a Beautiful town.

We had a great time. The cottage was exactly as it looked online. It's across from the marina area, and a few blocks walk through lovely neighborhoods to the "downtown" with shops and restaurants and more waterfront. Craig was very helpful and our arrival was easy. We'd stay here again.

Property was great, host was great, weather was great. Location is walkable to all Beaufort has to offer. Communication with host prior to check in was excellent. He left no questions unanswered.

Accommodations were excellent, very, very clean. We were very much at home. Captain Craig is an excellent guide for folks visiting Beaufort for the first time. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

This is our second year staying at this rental and we absolutely love it- the host is great- location is wonderful and it is always clean!!

Craig is an amazing host we enjoyed our stay so much! I had to leave so early I forgot to sign the guest book & say thank you! The cottage was larger than I expected and had everything we needed. I didn’t notice if the was a hair dryer in the other bathroom but I brought my own. I was using the guest bathroom & there were big bottles of shampoo & soap if you need. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we did use the BBQ. Craig left a bag of fresh shrimp in the freezer that were awesome BBQ’d. We also bought some fresh smoked fish from him you must try! Beds were well dressed , clean and comfortable there were plenty of towels, even a couple beach towels in the cabinet in the hall. Laundry room has a full washer & dryer and a hanging rack. Wifi code is in the book. We had a bunch of local family pop over to check the place out, we had a lot of visitors after a funeral and we had plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of parking right out front. Check in in simple code lock easy enough. It’s a short walk to front street in a quiet area. Enjoyed the Waterbug tour CA John was awesome! The cottage is just as it looks I’d love to rent it again if I’m ever back in Beaufort.

The house was small but perfect for us. We were sad the bunk beds weren’t there, just because the kids were excited about them. However, there were two twin beds in a room perfect for the kids. The cottage is a short walk to town through all the historic homes but still in a nice quiet corner near the water. It was quick and easy access to Atlantic Beach and everything you could want to do. A fantastic weekend stay and we cannot wait to return!

We loved our stay at the Gull Cottage. Craig was a fantastic host. Gave some various recommendations that did not disappoint. We will definitely be staying at the Gull Cottage again soon.

Nice cottage

Everything was clean and very nice. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. With 2 people in the bed you roll to the center of the mattress. The location was perfect.

Great location right near downtown Beaufort! Enjoyed our stay despite the rainy weather!!

This was our 3rd stay at the Gull Cottage! Obviously, we love it! :) it is perfect for our family of 4. The location is central to so much! We enjoy being able to walk downtown to the shops & restaurants. We especially love being so close to radio island. The owner, Craig, is super friendly. We will be back again and we cannot wait!

My wife and I originally rented this place to spend the weekend with our daughter and her husband. Unfortunately one of her female dogs had a litter of puppies so they couldn’t come so we invited a couple of our friends and we had a great weekend. Excellent little cottage close to everything and we absolutely loved it.

We loved our stay. The house was great and close to everything. We loved it.

Gull Cottage was the perfect quiet hide away with close access to all Beaufort has to offer. The cottage has ample space and a great shady front porch. The pair of bikes available were great to take quick rides down to the waterfront. If you have a boat this place sits only a minute away from a good public ramp next Town Creek Marina. Can't wait to stay again!

We absolutely LOVED the Gull Cottage! It's clean and just the right size, and it has anything you could ever need. It's also in a very nice neighborhood that is within walking distance of great shopping and dining and even some historic sites. Captain Craig is amazing! He went way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was wonderful!
