The home was enough of what we needed to just sleep there. The area around it looked a little challenging but no issues.

We enjoyed staying here! We were surprised at how big the house was when we walked through it. If you use the futon, you have an extra bedroom, although not private as there is a bathroom you share with the back bedroom. Loved the big comfy couch and that they have a good kitchen layout. We did notice 2 of the neighbor's large dogs who kept coming around, my aunt is scared of dogs, but what can ya do about others?

This is a great place to stay. Close to downtown and other attractions. We enjoyed this trip and stay!

Nice house. Safe neighborhood. Wish north Carolina had a leash law. Lots of neighborhood dogs loose. Owner was very accommodating.

Cute cottage. Close to all Mount Airy has to offer! Clean and beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is ok. Neighborhood dogs were always around and came a little too close for our liking. We brought two small dogs that could never go outside without the other dogs coming around. If we didn’t have dogs with us- I would have no complaints. A non-dog lover may be bothered by this.

My sister and I took our small kids to the surrounding state parks. This house was a great home away from home, central location to everything, easy to be in. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at your property. The house was as advertised and the lot was roomy! Just a couple of suggestions: the towel rack in the front bathroom needs to be tightened and back bathroom sink needs drano.

The property was nice and advertised, it's a short drive to most things in the area. I would book this property again.

The layout of the house was fine. The location was good. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The inside needed a deep clean. The rooms were dark and damp feeling. The front porch looked like it has never been cleaned. The bedroom closets had bags full of damp rid and water and had a musty oder The beds were terrible and squeaked everytime you moved. I washed every one of my clothes I hung in the closer when I got home. It is pet friendly so that was good. I have a little dog and the grass was so tall he had a hard time trying to walk thru it when he needed to go out. I am not usually a negative person but I will not be staying there again.

We came to celebrate our daughter's wedding 😊 Vineyard House was just adorable and was only 15 minutes from the wedding venue. It had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linens, super nice laundry facilities all the way down to pet supplies and doggie bed, which our lil dog took to right away! It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, perfect or walking my dog. She even made a new friend with a neighborhood dog! 😊 We enjoyed our stay at Vineyard House very much and hope to return again someday! ❤️

The house was exactly what we were looking for; very clean and great location!

Our second time for sister’s trip. Clean, quiet, convenient and a breeze to rent. Could not ask for a better “landlord”. Always a text or phone call away. Answered very quickly and resolves any issues almost immediately (though we had nothing more than very minor request). We will be back in the spring.

We loved staying at the Vineyard House. It's a surprisingly large property for being in the city and affords lots of privacy and relaxation. It is conveniently located near a shopping center with grocery and other stores yet is away from the main road tucked away in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We plan to visit "Mayberry" again and when we do, we will be staying at the Vineyard House.

Great property and area for our anniversary stay. Property owner was great and willing to answer any questions we had and very prompt with all necessary information leading up to arrival date. We would definitely stay again!

Our family enjoyed our short stay at this home away from home. It was located in a quiet neighborhood close to numerous stores and restaurants as well as the historic downtown district and Andy Griffith attractions. The house was clean, warm and welcoming, and provided the relaxed setting that we needed after all-day exploring around town. This was the perfect place for our family to stay while we explored Mount Airy!

We came to see Mayberry. Everything was perfect with our stay. The home is about 10 minutes from downtown Mt. Airy. Home was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous! I have no negative things to say. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Nice, clean two bedroom, two bath cottage style house. Need new mattresses on both beds. Kurac coffee containers don't work in coffeemaker. Neighbors played loud hispanic music everyday, ruined sitting on the porch. Lawn mowing commenced early on Saturday morning--could have been scheduled at a later hour or another day.
